You can do so much with it, that I used the entire bottle in just 3 days! The flavor is fantastic! Sweet flavor, with just a little heat, gives this honey the best flavor! I can't say enough good things about this honey! Even the package was perfect. The easy to squeeze bottle was perfect for this honey! Needless to say, I highly recommend this honey! If I could, I would give it 20 out of 10 stars!

I’ve used the hot honey in recipes to add a slight kick, had on sandwiches with peanut butter and all by itself. This honey has a definite kick to it and the flavor lasts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the nates hot honey. I was a wonderful addition to a few different foods I eat. I especially enjoyed trying it on pizza, what a flavor combination. Texture was very much thick, honey. The flavor wasn't overly spicy either. You could taste the heat, without it burning tourmouth to the point of tasting nothing.

I tried some on a spoon at first and it tasted like any other honey then all of a sudden the heat kicked in. It is not overwhelming at all but it does have a bite to it. So far I have put it on my oatmeal, grits, toast and tea and have been pleasantly surprised. I look forward to using it in my baking next. I give Nate's Hot Honey a big thumbs up.

I put it on my pizza and will be doing it from now on because it just elevated the pizza so much more just by adding a drizzle of mikes hot honey to it.
