It's hard to rate spiciness on a scale, but I would call it mild overall with the ability to warm to medium as it builds, as long as you don't have some other counter-ingredient that soothes the burn (like cream cheese). Nate's Hot does not have an equal balance and seems to leave a bitter taste when it hits the back of your tongue. Does not seem to have much heat (I'm a weakling when it comes to spicy). In a pinch, this honey will work, but it will not be my first pick.

I can't stop eating it, and will be buying more soon. This honey has the right amount of sweet and spicy, it has a slight kick but not too spicy, which I love.

I received the product for a free trial, and I would like to say I was really surprised by how good the flavor combo was. Honey sometimes can be too sweet for me, but the spiciness has combined brilliantly with the honey, which created a unique taste that makes you keep go back for.
