Just recently bought this generator, but so far am impressed with the operation. Started right up after putting in the supplied oil. remote starting using the Fob is flawless. Recoil starter is also pretty easy to use as well. Once I have used this for a few camping trips my raating could change, but Westinghouse make pretty good products..

Bought specifically for the 52db, remote start and dual fuel. Much quieter than expected! We can stand next to it and have a normal conversation. Remote start and stop is fantastic for use with our 32’ 5th wheel. Runs the 13,500 AC and refrigerator easily on propane. Awesome generator.

I haven't owned this generator very long, but it seems to be holding up. It has stuttered under load a bit but it is new and was running in the cold, so the oil may be a little more viscous and affect performance? I'll try to update this review after more use if necessary.

I bought this about a week ago, but I have not used it yet. But it looks like a very nice generator, dual fuel with all the bells and whistles. I am very happy with my purchase and I know it is going to run perfectly because I have read reviews of this product and it is nothing but good all the way.

We outgrew our 2200w Hon** suitcase inverter and needed to upsize. After doing some research and talking to other RVers we chose the igen4500. A bit sceptical since we didnt have any direct expierence with Westinghouse generators or inverters but the iGen4500 had lots of features for a very reasonable price. Especially appreciated how EVERYTHING was included in the box with the inverter... oil, tools, funnel and even a battery charger! Unit was very easy to prep for use and started up with a simple push of the remote. So far only have 30+ hours on the unit but to date it has performed very well and has easily exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend the iGen4500 to anyone.

Generator starts easily and runs fairly quiet. I bought this with electric/remote start because my wife is unable to pull start equipment. I expected something easy for her to use if I'm not home. This thing weighs over 100 pounds.. and the pull handle is on the bottom, when it should be on the top. Pulling it around is a joke.. also there should be locking castor wheels on the front instead of rubber pads. I had to place it in a flat moving dolly to move it away from the house to run it. The generatorbrund great.. but is bulky, heavy, and difficult to move.

We bought this unit after waiting for it to be available again , Well worth the wait !! Perfect size, and weight for RV, and home use .Duel fuel option is awesome burns very clean on propane, have not used gas in it yet , will if we need more power. Very quite unit is a huge plus also. Don't forget about Electric Start w/FOB ! GREAT PRODUCT GUYS !

I bought this for the occasional boon-docking opportunities we might have while using our fifth-wheel RV. For me, tying into the propane tanks on board seemed to make it an easy choice for the operating the generator. The generator looked great coming out the box. I’m happy to have it on board for non-electric sites. The only downside to this purchase was the overall height was 1” too high to fit under my roll-top cover for the pick-up bed. I’m hoping this unit will give me many years of satisfactory service.

We at resisted for years getting a generator but with the recent devastation here in Western NC we decided it was time. If we had know we could have gotten an inverter generator this nice at this price point we would have pulled the trigger long ago. It's crazy how quiet the generator is and just how many of our appliances and lamps we can run. Great buy. We look forward to using this with our camper as well.

I didn't want to leave a review because after 2 weeks and 20 hours of use the generator wouldn't start and is in the shop. Those 2 weeks the generator rain flawlessly. Normally if I bought a piece of machinery and this happened I would demanding my money back. The reason I'm not doing that this time is I was very pleased with the generator and it 's performance the 2 weeks it did run. So it's in the shop now being repaired. Once the generator is repaired I believe I will have years of service.
