Fast set up and starts quickly with just a touch of a button. Ours is set up for propane and plugs into a through the wall set up with multiple plugs on the inside of the house to prevent any exhaust gasses from coming inside. Now we are all set for power outages with this backup system!

The generator seems professionally built and the fit and finishe is good except for the rear exhaust is off center from the exit hole a good bit and the propane attachment coming out of the front control panel needs to be 1/8 to 1/4 inch over to the right. I barely was able to get the hose fitting attached.

ThIs is my first time buying a backup generator. The quick start instructions we complete. I tried the generator on both gasoline and propane and it seems to work fine. It is a lot quieter than generators I've heard running in the neighborhood during previous outages.

This is the second iGen I have bought, gave the first one (4500) to our son. Have had to use it numerous times during the year and expect to use it more as our power seems to be coming less reliable. I typically run it on propane but having the gasoline option is very convinent! Great machine, totally recommend it!

After countless hours researching generators, I decided to buy this inverter generator due to the power outages in this area. I wanted something smaller, lighter and quieter than a standard generator yet powerful enough to provide sufficient energy to a refrigerator to save food during longer outages, to power a modem/router, computers, monitors, cell phones, and a fan. Powering anything else is a bonus for me. I tested this inverter generator several times in preparation for the next outage and anything I plugged in was handled with ease and still plenty of room for more output. I also really like the dual fuel option, which I tested and both fuel sources worked effortlessly. The electric start is a huge win too. Highly recommend!

I ordered it and it was shipped in 2 days turnaround, I'm very excited to have purchased this dual fuel because my 10K is gas powered in the event we need to relocate we can load this unit and some propane and oil, and we're set you can get any better. We looked at others but this one won hands down and the pullout handle was the icing to moving the unit around without it hitting your heels, the remote and service tools was a bonus I just put the supplied oil in connected the propane line opened and checked for leaks and started it up, manual, remote and push start switch unit started up with no problem. "Great job Westinghouse" a solid name I can remember coming up in the 60s, you haven't lost your touch in providing a product that performs well, have the right power and weight for it size and lastly performance and price of this unit

The inverter generator is what I was looking for dual fuel so I don't have to use gasoline and remote start. The directions say to push the remote for 2 seconds, but so far I have hold it until it starts. It came without any oil and I had to purchase myself. The serial number wasn't where the directions said it would be, it was on the side panel.

Great features, I don't know, it shuts off when I try to use it. Had it two weeks, don't know if it got damaged in shipment. Something trips when I go to use it. Battery guage always shows 0%. I can't tell you if it's great are not. I can tell you the remote start works great! The only thing so far. Taking forever to find out if I can take it to an authorized service provider.

I bought this a couple months ago, it works great. It was exactly what I was looking for. The remote start is a great upgrade from my last inverter/generator. Its great to stay in the trailer on a cold morning and have the generator start with out going outside. The generator is nice a quiet, can easily sleep while it is running.

I purchased my Inverter Dec. 2023, to power my RV. I love everything about, it is easy to operate on all levels. It is easy to start, and move. I filled it up and it ran for 14 hours powering my heating unit at night and powered my A/C unit and refrigerator on days when it was warm. The noise level was right under 52dB. I was able to sleep comfortably and soundly without being disturbed by the inverter running. It has been the best purchase I have made. Get you one, you will not be disappointed. I will be recommending this unit to all my family and friends.
