I have about 30 or so hours on this generator so far. The remote start is extremely nice to have. It also has an estimated fuel and run time display based on the load the unit is carrying which is very nice. It is quiet and smooth in operation except that every hour or so it "bogs down" for a couple seconds. I'm not sure if this is a designed "regen" or something, but it throws my camper AC for a little bit of a loop. If someone knows why it does this or whether it is normal, please let me know. We have only run the unit on gas so far.

I bought this for an RV as an alternative power source when no power hookup is available. It started up easily after filling with oil. The oil fill process could be made easier but not a big issue for me. I ran it for 5 hours on low load and changed the oil and was ready to run with it. I run propane only so its still puts out very close to the full 30 amps on propane. I am very happy with it, the remote start is a plus. It was quieter than I expected but still am able to hear in house when running outside, but not annoying.

The generator is quiet, starts easily and the display function shows what is going on. I was hoping it would run both my generators while on propane buy it can't start either AC unit as the second unit. I wish it was a 5KW unit for me to run both AC units. BUT, it is EXACTLY what it say it is!

I was surprised at how quiet this thing was! And it is packed with a lot of great features that other generators in the same price range don’t have. Push to start is a nice to have and worked right out of the box. I also really like that it has the dual fuel option. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased this generator a year ago. Worked great right out of the box, powers my 30 amp camper trailer with ease and is very fuel efficient. I followed the instructions for storage and draining the carburetor, it still took 10 to 15 tries to get it started finally. After that, all was fine. Mine was missing the battery charger, parallel cable, tools, and tool bag.

Purchased one Aug 4 picked it up and it leaked gas not happy But the company replaced with same unit and it’s working great Just had it a few days But everything’s working as it should. Happy about it being quiet Hopefully we won’t need it , not hoping for a hurricane But I feel better now knowing i can run my frig, freezer and other things Just the right size to meet my needs

I did a test run connecting to my 50A inlet to feed the entire house. I'm using propane for this test. startup is a breeze, start bottom and remote all works. Even without the battery connected, to simulate a scenario when the battery is out of charge, I was able to start with the pull string. With all my 50+ LED lights, TV, Fridge on and furnace running simultaneously, it runs at ~25% load at about 1.5KW, add microwave the load goes up to 75% at 3.34KW. It can also power a single 1500W heater, or a hair drier on high, just need to remember they can only be used one at time, not all together. Overall I think it's a good generator for what I need it for and I would recommend this product.

This generator is what I would consider, exceptional. This is a very quiet generator compared to previously owned generators. It is weight proportionate for its size. I did get the dual fuel option, not sure I will use it but its a good option to have. I did notice reading the book that the propane fuel does have a bit of a shorter run time but not significant. There is a very convenient, telescoping pull handle. This is very sturdy handle, and stows away out of sight when not in use. The remote I thought was silly at first but actually using it just to see, great feature and a changed opinion. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased so far and I understand technology changes daily so I should expect the differences from my older generators, but not everyone keeps up with technology advancements, but Westinghouse has taken advantage of the opportunities with this unit.

Recently purchased after an outage. It was very easy to set up, and instructions were easy to follow. I ran it with propane and in eco mode, it's about as quiet/loud as an idling lawn mower, which is nice. the handle makes it easy to move about, though I am slightly concerned that it has a bit of flex to it. All in all, a nice product.

I bought this to use with my travel trailer. I have tried to use other 2000 W generators tied together and the air conditioner comes on sometime and sometimes not. This generator runs at 25% with the AC on. What else can you ask for. I'm very happy with it.
