Bought this for off-grid RV dry camping. Love the connections and fuel capacity, along with the propane capabilities. Remote start is a nice feature when it works; can't seem to figure out how long the battery is supposed to remain charged. Kept our 14.5k btu AC running through two nights with only using ~2 gallons of fuel a night. Looking forward to using it more.

Bought this generator for emergency power back up. I wanted something that would power my refrigerator,freezer,safe for electronics, and runs quite. The generator was well packed however there was a screw loose in the plastic bag. There was also some marks on the cover. The propane port on the front of the generator came off when I removed the propane hose. The generator fired right up and had no problems with my break in. It runs great.

Unboxing the generator and finding everything I needed was a welcome sight. The battery connected easily to my trickle charger and went to full charge quickly. The oil is a bit of a pain to get to, especially if you have big hands, but the filler hose does screw on and there is a washer at the end, so kudos for that. The cap is difficult to get back on. It keeps wanting to cross thread. A bigger access door would be helpful. Gas cap attached, nice touch. Went to fire it up and it starts and dies right away. Have to look into this. May be a return. Shouldn’t have to work on something right out of the box. First impression, I would not recommend, but hoping to be convinced in the long run.

THIS UNIT IS WORKING GREAT. TESTING AND MAKING SURE I AM NOT EXCEEDING THE 50% POWER BREAK IN LIMIT. SO FAR THIS IS WORKING AS EXPECTED AND IS THE PERFECT SIZE FOR MY NEEDS. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE UNIT. I HOOKED IT TO PROPANE AND IT STARTED IN FOUR PULLS, WHICH WAS IMPRESSIVE. SO FAR ALL FUNCTIONS WORK.

I bought this to replace my old crank generator with a pull start. This has an electric start that is really easy to use since I have a bad back. I mounted mine on a garden cart so it can be rolled around during an outage and hooked right up. Highly recommend

Purchased 3 of these for a work project. Seems good (at least initially) and pretty quiet. Manual wasn't quite right (for example it had the USB and economy mode switch swapped on pix and diagrams). Also, positive and negative not labelled for parallel plugs. Good overall though.

I personally bought a Igen4500DF for myself that has perfirmed flawlessly, and decided to get a second igen4509DF for my parents. I put oil and gas in the new, pressed the button once and it started right up. Threw on a hair dryer for load and ran it till the gas finished.

Bought this on 16 Sep 2021, delivered on 21 Sep. Added oil and started it right up on propane. Haven't run it on gas yet. Ran through the 5-hour break-in period while varying loads, etc. Will run everything at once on my camper! 14.5K AC, microwave, fridge-- everything organic to the camper! Quiet, and low-pitched noise so it isn't irritating. Very pleased do far. Only negative is I believe it is about 10 lbs heavier than advertised. It's a good 109 lbs out of the box with oil, no gas.

Remote start and dual fuel are great features on this generator. Very quick setup with simple instructions. Started effortlessly! Tried remote start from second floor of my home with generator located outside of my garage on first floor and it controlled it ON/OFF perfectly.

The generator seems to work as advertised. I started with propane and haven’t filled the gas tank yet. I may just stick with the propane. I had read a lot of reviews and sometimes it showed up with the automatic clutch disconnected. That doesn’t seem to be the case with mine as it settled down very quickly. I really like the remote start.
