It sucks customer service is horrible mine is brand new and it won’t run right out of the box ran for five minutes then died

Purchased this mainly for my camper, is able to run AC, microwave, lights. Very happy with sound level. And the weight is manageable by myself.

Generator works great easy to start, simple setup, fired up on the first try, and is very quiet! Remote and electric start work well!

Limited unpacking, came w everything needed to start/operate (except fuel, obv). Thoughtful transport features

Nice little generator that takes up little space and powers the essentials when the lights are out. Looking forward to using it with the RV too!

Very quiet and starts on first pull.would be nice if it had better handles for picking it up not much room for your hand

I just bought this. Initial change and break done. Very quite and seems like it will do everything I need.

I purchased this for my RV and since I have a 50 amp RV, I needed two of these to run everything. They have been exactly what I needed!

I have only owned unit for a few weeks but so far everything has been great. Break in was super easy and unit runs perfect.
