I just bought the product, so cannot give a lot of feedback. However, it started immediately using propane. The manual has not been updated with the newer control panel

I bought this in case we lost power from Hurricane Ida, this generator has it all...remote start, and can run on either gas or propane...quiet too, less than 60dbs of noise...super quiet..and also energy efficient.

I just opened the box(which was badly damaged by UPS) and everything seems to be okay. Haven't started it up yet, waiting to verify this unit is not on the recall list for fuel valve issues before I start it up.

Easy to set up, even easier to start! Operated flawlessly running my 15Kw AC unit on the trailer, barely idled up. Very quiet, worth the wait and cost!

As an older woman, was easy to set up. A bit heavy so I purchased separately a small flat dolly. Instructions were straightforward. So far, haven't had the need to use, but testing it was a breeze.

I got this the other day and set it up to try out before I really needed it. I think it is a great feat of engineering. It puts out stable power and does it remarkably quietly. I'm only sorry I didn't get it sooner.

Got this as a power outage back up as hurricane season approaches. Easy to get running and is pretty quiet. You can talk over it and hear yourself. Big wheels and the pull handle make moving it pretty easy.

We purchased the IGN 4500 DEF digital inverter generator to run our household items when we lose power. We are super impressed with the 30 amp connection as well as USB ports. Having a push button start and key fob are an amazing feature.

Bought this for my RV and it has not disappointed. Easy to use and delivers the power that I need. The wheels actually roll amd are made of rubber not hard plastic which is a great added feature along with the expandable handle
