We bought this model for the dual gas feature and the remote control. If power goes out I know we will have heating or cooling available to us without having to go outside.

Bought this on 12/31/21 and received today, 1/9/21, Instructions were simple to follow and once we started the generator we were impressed with how quiet it runs! Can't wait to put this generator to use.

We just bought this and and got it going and it was so quiet! Love how easy it starts and the pull-handle to cart around and can't wait to use it when we go camping!

Got it running with the pull cord but right off the bat the remote start doesn't work and the generator stops working properly after an hour or so of running.

I just came back from a camping trip and the generator ran great. I have only one problem. The data display is not working completely and will have to address this issue. Other than this, it is a good buy.

This generator was ready to go right out of the box. I just added the oil provided,charged the battery for an hour and hit the start button on the remote and it started on the first try. I purchased 2 iGEN4500DF inverters.

This generator louder than advertised but still very quiet for the power it packs. I have only run to break in but expect it to be adequate for my 30amp travel trailer. It is the only dual fuel generator I have found with a remote start.

So much easier to use than others! Push button start! I can do this one my own and walk a guest through the process without issue. We use just the propane.

VERY VERY EASY TO USE AND SET UP. VERY SURPRISED HOW QUIET THE IGEN4500DF IS. IT STARTED IMMEDIATELY USING THE EASY TO PROGRAM REMOTE. INSTRUCTION MANUAL IS GREAT

Generator worked good for first 24 hours and then having issues. The generator started missing and not producing any power. I'll give it 5 stars if the warranty covers this.
