I'm very happy with this generator. The duel fuel was just what I was looking for and it is so quiet. It powers everything I need in my house when there is a power outage.

just received our igen4500df so far everythig is as advertised. opened box add oil, connected propane tank and fired right up, added gas and restarted.no problems so far. just opened the box today.

I bought this a week ago, set up finished. Thorough instructions easy set up process. Need to get fuels before I can start the generator up. Plan to run and test on both fuel types.

I purchased this model for home backup using extension cords to select appliances. Only issue was the the plastic handle was cracked. Otherwise it is great.

I bought this because of the features and more power than any other inverter style generator in this class. I contacted customer service a couple of times and was treated well.

I bought this for my 5th wheel RV and boy does it work great. We're able to boondock with no issues at all now. We also have a Westinghouse IGEN 2500 and are able to parallel port these two together to get 7000W. I'm very happy so far.

I recommend this unit to anyone who needs an affordable, quiet, versatile, and easy to use inverter generator. It's great for residential use (in an emergency), and is so lightweight, it can be taken to hunting or camping facilities.
