Won't start with gas now, only propane, I've had it for only a year. Auto start has stopped working also. Only thing good about the unit is it's quiet when it works.

I purchased this generator because it said it was quiet and I hate how loud most generators are. When I started this unit up the first time it was noticeably quieter than most generators I've used.

This generator was ready to go right out of the box. I just added the oil provided,charged the battery for an hour and hit the start button on the remote and it started on the first try. I purchased 2 iGEN4500DF inverters.

When I received my inverter the gas line was disconnected i don’t know if this is normal but the directions didn’t say I had to connect the gas line. After I connected the gas line and cleaned up all the spilt gas worked great

Positive online videos were bang on. Although no product is perfect, this unit has the best value/performance. Bought it as an emergency backup to my Generac in the event natural gas flow is disrupted.

I just bought this for my home after an extended power outage.it started fast and the running sound is not too bad. I am hoping to run my Refrigerator and spouse’s Oxygen concentrator on it if/when the power is cut off again.

I bought this as backup for our house. We were out of power for 10 days last winter and I don't want to go through that again. This unit has all the features we need to get through another power outage, including running it with propane.
