The unit is exactly what I was looking for. Instructions were easy to follow, setup was easy and unit is very quiet! Can’t wait to take it to the first football camping/tailgate trip in 3 weeks!

We bought this as a backup for our home with recent CA power outages. Easy setup, great functionality and surprisingly very quiet! Runs our fridge and the lights in our house, even a TV. Exactly what we needed!

Easy set up out of the box. Required tools included. Remote start was already paired. Worked great on propane fuel. A longer oil fill tube would be helpful but overall excellent. Hoping for a long trouble-free life.

I bought this to power my chest freezer and refrigerator during a power outage. Also did'nt want aloud unit. This unit fits all my requirements. The option of using propane is a bonus.

Once my IGEN5000DFC arrived I got it unpackaged, battery hooked up, oil added and propane hooked up. This thing fired right up with no hesitation. I haven’t used it yet but am definitely looking forward to it, oh and it is quiet,,very nice.
