Just purchased the iGen 4500DFc and received it very quickly. No damage . Box was in excellent condition p on arrival. Everything was included exactly as stated. Simple to prep and start. Started right away on LP. Seems like a good quality product. I am very pleased.

Coming from an older open-frame Champion generator that gave me heartaches every time I had to start it, this Westinghouse is amazing! Push-button start like my car, and so quiet. Love how I can move it around like a piece of luggage too, lol. Only wish it had a fuel shutoff, so I could drain it out easier from the carb.

Bought this about 18 months ago after moving to the country. Only ran it a bit for testing after receiving it. But, had to pull it out for real use this past weekend. Everything went as needed. Couldn't immediately find the user guide (in the dark), but had adequate instructions on the gen to remind me. Got is situated; few easy steps to start. It took a couple times at trying to start, but then started running on the third try. That was likely due to some stale gas. But then ran it for several hours to power some needed items for family movie night until the power returned. We were just running extension cords to items to power a couple lights, TV, router (somehow still had internet), and the fridge. We had the unit outside on our deck, just 15 feet away from us, and were able to enjoy the movie just fine. Generator was pretty quiet (as desired) and didn't even create much vibration. Very, very pleased. I think we'll be in good shape when a greater need comes along. Tested it tonight with our propane tank and fired right up like a champ. Sounded even quiter on the propane.

shipped in two days very well packaged added oil and gas and plugged in battery started right up tried propane worked great!! remote was attached to pull start rope had a hard time finding it but gave me a chance to look over gen and see how well built hopefully it will last for many years

I have another generator rated at the same output but it is gasoline only, heavier and louder. I ran this one for an hour break in period. I varied the load but kept it below 50% as instructed. After a little over an hour I performed an initial oil change due to small engines not having oil filters. I used propane and had to play with the choke a little but it started quite easily and ran well. It has a reasonable level of noise but it is a generator. So far very impressed with this unit.

I bought this last month. Thankfully haven't had to use it yet. Cranked easily first try and ran quietly. Too heavy for a 65 year old woman to pick up but old woman and old man husband were able to pick up and set on back of truck. has an extension handle and rolls easily.

I have had this generator for two weeks and completed the burn in period. Fit and finish of the generator is very nice, like the blue color. Duel fuel is a nice option. What I wanted most was electric start, about 4000 watts, inverter and quiet operation.

I bought this 5 weeks ago, and have run it a few times. I'm impressed with how quit it is under load running my camper. A pile of nice operating features along with the remote start. I wish it had a little better design for changing the oil so that it could be a cleaner process.

I bought this generator a week ago. Setup was simple. I set up for propanes. Battery was low so charged it. Then it started up with first push of the start button. I've run it twice more since and starts up every time on first attempt. So far it's a great well engineered machine. I love it!

We bought this generator to use with our camper when we are boondocking. When we received the generator we took it out of the box, read the directions, filled it with the provided oil and hooked it up to our RV propane. It started the first time and was able to power our air conditioner and microwave at the same time. We have since used it for a full week boondocking for a total of around 10 hours without an issue. I will also say that the remote start is nice, with the push of a button we had power without having to go outside to start the unit.
