I bought this 3/26/21 and received it 4/2/2021. Heavy but manageable particularly with the slide out handle for ease in rolling. Setup is easy. Impressed with quality. Will report back once I have accumulated operating hours but very happy with this generator for dual fuel RV usage.

The number of options was a little daunting, but finally found the perfect combination of power and weight in a dual fuel generator - at a third the price of a converted one from another manufacturer. Shipping and delivery was easy, and while the stickers weren't as straight as my OCD would prefer, I can overlook that for getting what I needed - power to run a soft start AC and heat dinner in my RV microwave at the same time. Thumbs up so far.

Had unit shipped to my house. No damage. Unboxed, filled with oil and hooked up to 20lb propane tank. Started with 3-4 pulls. Let run while pulling a load with an electric space heater for 1/2 hr. Quiet. A little heavy but nice collapsable handle to wheel around.

I'm totally off grid, seems to be working great, I've only been using it just shy a week, but I really think the remote start is great. It took me a bit to figure out the battery charger deal, they really don't explain it to well. I'm on propane now have not tried the gas part yet, but I'm glad it's there if I need it.

I have used this generator only briefly, but what a relief to have so much power so easily. The ease of a pull-start is surpassed only by the ease of a remote-start. It is quiet and smooth running. As I am using only propane, I can comfortably carry it behind the driver's seat with no fear of gasoline odor or flammability. At 104 lbs, it is 30 lbs lighter than my other generator, hence, it is much easier to load it into the truck cabin. Great product.

Just reviewed the second, and this is now the 3rd. After putting oil and gas and connecting the battery, this baby didn't start as expected. Concerned I fooled around and realize I didn't have it in Gasoline selection. After switching it to gasoline, hit the button and the gen started right up. These units are quiet and efficient. The only issue I have with the very first generator is that I left the charger in full time destroying the battery. That was my fault as the instructions says to only charge once a month if the unit is stored. These generators are for emergency so I only use nonethenol gas when I run them. This will save the engine from gumming up.

I bought this generator for emergency back-up & to power my Makita electric chainsaw when removing dead & unwanted trees. I used it for a week to cut down dead & unwanted trees from 6-20" in diameter with a corded Makita 16" chainsaw. The generator functioned flawlessly, is very quiet, starts easily, & the remote eliminates a lot of walking back & forth to turn it on/off. The extendable handle is a nice feature but feels flimsy when pulling the generator to different sites in a bumpy acre lot for tree cutting.

We purchased this generator as first time travel trailer owners. We wanted something versatile that we could use in the event of planned PG&E power shut offs at home too. This generator has checked all the boxes and then some. Remote start is super convenient, there is a suitcase handle for easy relocation and the dual fuel feature is super convenient.

Generator works well, but is heavier and louder than other manufactures. Significantly louder than than comparable models sold at a lower price. Remote start would work nice, but they state not to start the generator in ECO mode. This means you have to walk over to the generator to switch off eco mode to start. Defeats the purpose of having remote start. Probably would have rated 5 star if not for the gimmick remote start. Huge disappointment. Changing oil is messy due to poor drain design. Having a handle is nice, but the pull out design is not very ergonomic. Another manufacture has a fold out handle near the top of the unit. A much better and more useful design.

Received the product a week ago and found it very easy to setup and use. I love options and this generator has them. Options for fuel, options on how to start, options on how to transport. And I love easy. As this was the first generator I've ever used and I'm far from handy, I was very happy and the ease of setting this up. I did not put enough in at first so the generator was shutting down right after start up. The safety feature worked ;) The one thing I though could be made easier was the small oil measuring stick. I found it difficult to read the levels.
