Well made, well thought out. Manual is excellent including parts break-down, safety and preventative maintenance procedures. Came with everything needed to start using immediately except extension cords: Oil to be added, charged battery, tool kit, battery in remote key fob,etc.

I BOUGHT THIS JUST A FEW HOURS AGO BUT HAD TO LEAVE A REVIEW TO QUALIFY FOR MY FREE BONUS ITEM SO FAR SO GOOD ONLY NEG. WAS BATTERY NOT STRAPED DOWN AND WAS LAYING ON ITS SIDE. CRANKED ON PROPANE RUNNING GOOD AND RUNNING QUITE. WILL START BREAKIN TOMORROW

Just got it. Was careful to put correct amount of oil in as suggested by other reviewers. Attached to propane. Started right up. Very quite. Everything appears to be working perfectly. Sturdy construction. Will be happy if all keeps on functioning this well.

So far it's good haven't really used it but it is quiet . The openings for the battery and oil openings are like razor blades they could have smoothed out the plastic. The oil drain plug is almost impossible to get to. They could have just made the opening a bit bigger or moved it to the left.

This generator works to power everything in my 22' travel trailer without too much noise. Lots of great features, love that it has a battery that charges as you run it, as well as the option to have power for many different devices and needs. Heavier than expected, but wheels and handle make transport possible for this petite woman!

I am a volunteer for the forest service and a co-worker had a generator like this one. It does everything I need when my solar can't stay up with the demand we need. Setup was simple and it's very quiet. Love the dual fuel option. Let's us run on LPG vapor or gasoline. It even runs the A/C unit. I can't find any negatives on this generator. My co-worker has enjoyed his for over a year without any issues. Thanks Westinghouse

I bought this to use at my camp and to use with a travel trailer. Chose this particular model due to the dual fuel capability, remote start, integrated wheels, inverter/quiet and the price. The next closest comparable generator in price is almost 1000 watts less capable and does not have remote start. So far have about 25 hours run time and everything is working flawlessly

Just received. Very easy to get started. Funnel for oil is conveniently threaded. No mess. Unfortunately the unit won't stay running. Troubleshooting says check oil, fuel, and if not that call for the low oil sensor faulty. Well, fresh fuel and full of oil. Nobody there on a weekend to help. Along with this, the data center board doesn't seem to work either

Have not got to run it much so I can't speak to dependability but has all the features I need and unlike my 3000seb blue generator I can lift it into the back of my truck without help. The fit and finish leave a little to be desired but it is also more watts and half the price of what I'm comparing it to. To the people that mention changing the oil is messy. Find a small funnel "notch it if necessary" that will fit under the oil drain through the hole in the bottom. be patient and let it drain slowly and you will have no mess. At this point I would buy again.

After months of research and comparison shopping I decided on the Igen 4500DF. Excellent choice - started right up - VERY quiet - remote start was on my wish list. I am glad I did not settle for the Honda version which I feel May be overrated given the price. Top end of weight range at 100 lbs but the well place grab handles, wheels and extension handle make it manageable. Bought for a 24' Kodiak travel trailer with one AC unit vs. buying and pairing two lesser wattage generators.
