I literally waited over a year-and-a-half for this generator to become available. Demand for the unit caused by the California wildfires made this a rare commodity. Received the unit yesterday, uncrated her today and did the set-up and oil fill. Hit the remote start button once and voila! It started instantly! This is a very quiet generator and will make a nice addition when dry camping. Wish I could have picked one up sooner, but it appears to have been well worth the wait.

I bought this about 6 mo ago but never prepped it for service until now. After following the instructions it started on the second or third pull. Still can not find the choke lever but it was not needed. Ran it on Propane for about 30 minutes and did a trial test powering essential circuits for my home. It worked great. I would recommend this unit as long as it met your load requirements.

I bought this generator at the beginning of 2020, used it many times, worked flawlessly. Always ran on propane. There was a recall due to gasoline leakage, and Westinghouse paid to have mine shipped back, and sent me a brand new one. Now the new one, I expect, will be as flawless as the other one. Powers everything on my RV with power to spare. Very happy with it.

I was very surprised and please when I started the iGen4500df and it was quiet. Then I thought let's see how loud it is w/o eco-mode and full throttle. It was ALREADY on full throttle and that quiet. I selected eco-mode and went to idle and was very quiet to a normal conversation. I could even have a phone conversation standing beside it with no issue. Sure, you can tell it's running but NOTHING like my previous construction grade generation.

Bought this unit for its features (specifically: dual fuel and the inverter) and so far I am quite happy with it. Using it to power my house (minus all the 240 V appliances) and it seems to be more than adequate for this purpose Typically using about 700W (it's a small home). We have had one four hour power outage during which it was put to use but I am firing it up every weekend for a short period of time just to ensure it is in good running order. Highly recommended!

I bought this unit to provide temporary power on my new home construction site. So far, so good. I've only run the unit on propane, but it's started up every time. Only comment is that I wish the provided propane hose was 2ft longer than it is. I have incorporated the generator, propane supply and accessories container onto a heavy duty garden cart. It's my "Power Wagon"!

I just unboxed this product and fueled it up - after watching a quick Youtube video, I was able to connect the battery, add the oil, and get it started! I plugged it into my camper and was thrilled to learn that it was able to power everything, including the AC, Fridge, and Lights at only 50% capacity. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to taking it camping this weekend!

Having to leave a review for a free bonus item. So far so good, have to install high altitude kit before starting up so I can't speak to how it runs yet. Also, will have a review of customer service since I'm having to hunt down the kit. That part isn't easy so far!

We followed the quick start guide and started on propane. The unit was as quiet as I expected. There were 2 features I didn't expect, a charge port on the front panel and an efficiency button. When actuated this feature appears to lower engine RPM for anticipated lower loads. I think. This wasn't documented in the manual. There was no damage due to shipping. So far, I'm happy with this purchase.

The generator does seem to be somewhat finicky when using an extended LP hose (24 feet). I intend to call Westinghouse so they can assist with the troubleshooting. I certainly hope there's a remedy for the issue I'm experiencing, I really like this generator. The fact that it's a duel fuel + a remote alternative hooked me from the beginning, dissuading my initial inclination to go with a Champion generator.
