I purchased it on the Nov 30,2023 and it arrived on Dec 7,2023. Bad weather did not let me start it until Dec 11,2023. I put oil in and connected the battery, it started first time so I ran it for two hours. Ran it with a hair dryer plugged in, and everything worked perfectly. I used a magnetic oil plug and Synthetic oil. The box it came in had a couple small marks on it, but the product was in perfect condition when I removed it from the box.

Set everything and fired it up and it runs great. Still have to load test under heavy loads. One small problem is the battery terminal came with battery acid, I'll be contacting the manufacturer for a replacement. Will update once I have more information.

Just received my I-Jen 4500 W dual fuel generator today and filled it with oil and hooked up the battery started right up round smooth shut it off turn the battery switch on tried the remote start it worked perfectly shut it off again and turn the battery switch on use the pool start and it started right up so far I'm really happy with it I look forward to taking it on camping trips

I purchased the inverter generator to use with our RV travel trailer in the mountains 2 months ago where we find many areas don't have electric hook-ups. We made sure to follow the break in instructions before taking it out on the road. We camped at 10,000 ft elevation without doing the suggested high-altitude kit for the carburetor to see how it would perform. The generator worked fine with the microwave and when I 1st tried to run the single AC unit the circuit breaker tripped off and I had to restart the generator. What I found that worked was to start the AC at low to moderate cool rather than high cool position to start with and the unit worked fine. Once the AC was running, I could adjust the temp to a cooler position, and everything worked fine. I bought the dual fuel model so I could use either gas or propane and also got the remote start feature which is very handy so you don't have to go out early am to start the generator to get the coffee maker going.

I wanted a dual fuel generator with electric/remote start and this generator had the features that I was looking for. I have not had a chance to really put it to work but so far it is performing very well. The only possible negative comment I have so far would be the ease of accessibility of changing oil. This is yet to be determined since I have not changed the oil yet.

Using this inverter for a pop-up camper. I wanted an inverter with a little extra power. Running the air conditioner and fan on high pulls about 1500 watts. It's really quiet especially in eco mode. It's also small and light. You're not going to find another inverter at this price point, with all these features.

perfect condition out of box.30 minutes unpack,read instructions,fill oil,connect battery,hookup propane,inspect everything,push start,fired right up! outside running now,breaking in.have oil radiator heater plugged into generator on low,medium,high.very quiet.great features.gunna order high altitude carb kit for mountains.uncertain times,nice rv/backup generator.try to run on LP only for now.keeping lots of emergency fuel to go with generator,LP stored lasts long time.

This is my first generator and I bought it based on positive reviews and brand recognition. I've just finished the suggested “break in” process, and everything has worked as described and expected. I'm very pleased with this unit. Now I can't wait for our first ice storm and power outage.

This generator is exactly what I wanted and what I expected, and it has delivered. It fired up on the first push of the start button, and first pull of the recoil starter rope, right out of the box! I tested it on both gas and propane no issues it ran why 15K A/C on eco mode without skipping a beat! I would recommend this generator in a heart beat.
