Just purchased and extremely happy so far. Filled with oil (included and also a great little funnel that screws into oil fill port) and it started right up. Generator is very quiet and loaded with features. So far only ran on propane but hooked it up to my RV and it ran AC and Microwave at same time with no issues.

Well had to be worked on rite out of the box , plug for choke was disconnected , had to remove side covers and front and rear covers also to plug connector in for choke , also sent a faulty regulator with unit , generator runs great after tearing it down to repair it , should not have to work on it straight from the box

I just received my iGenn4500DF and found it easy to set up. Running on propane, it started immediately and has run smoothly during the 5 hour break in period. It's quiet and I know from the specs it will run my AC and other electrical items in my 5th Wheel RV.

We bought this a month ago to use with our toy hauler. It works great with limited noise level. Be careful not to place too close to any windows or doors during use! Our carbon monoxide detector went off during the first night of using the unit. We moved it further away from the trailer but haven't tried it since.

I received the generator on April 30, 2024. I immediately hooked up propane and started using it. It worked amazing at 1st, but after about 3 months, I started having starting issues. I didn't have problems until I tried using Gasoline, and now it doesn't like to start at all. Occasionally, I have to let it set for days before it will start. The warranty department says it's probably the carburetor and that is only covered for 3 months. I use this daily to charge solar power stations that are not getting enough sun, it might be okay for emergency use, but not for regular use off-grid.

I ordered this generator June 4,2020 & due to back order I just received unit November2 ,2020. Followed prep & start up instructions, generator started right up on propane on it's first start up cycle. Noise of unit is bearable with unit running. Receiving generator just in time with tropical storm ETAL approaching SW Florida this weekend 11/8/2020. Will be able rate this unit better after seeing how generator performs but unit seems to be well engineered. Chuck

I haven't owned this generator very long, but it seems to be holding up. It has stuttered under load a bit but it is new and was running in the cold, so the oil may be a little more viscous and affect performance? I'll try to update this review after more use if necessary.

After extensive research, I purchased the iGen5000DFc. What a great decision it was! It has all the features I was looking for: sufficient starting watts to power up and run our travel trailer AC, duel fuel capability, 3 starting options, CO sensor, Low oil LED. Initial set up was easy. Motor oil and funnel, battery charger and a tool kit were included with the generator. The generator started up effortlessly the first time. I was surprised how quiet it runs. Looking forward to using this generator for camping and during power outages at home.

This genny had all the features I wanted and then some. I think the igen4500DF had some drawbacks at first: people reported choke problems, gummed up carb, some other starting issues but I think Westinghouse got it sorted out because mine arrived and after following the instructions for setup it started second time on propane and ran great. All features are functional and the thing is soooo quiet.
