I bought Daniele Prosciutto every month. Its been repalaced with Busseto, very nice waxed paper seperators, but the quality of the Prosciutto is not nealy as good as Daniele and the fat that has to be trimmed away on the Busseto is significant. Not as good of a value

Aside from the flavor being rather meh, this product is packaged so haphazardly as you make it impossible to use as individual slices. The slices are piled together and they stick tenaciously to each other - good luck wrapping asparagus the way the recipe on the back indicates. This is not worth the money or the effort.

Smelled old trashed them

This mess was nasty and gummy, I was completely unhappy with it.

Had to returned it... bad smell and taste... no problem returning though... Sam’s accepted without question asked...

I am use to Parma prosciutto, but it is at least $28.00 a pound! I think this tastes good, and you cannot beat the price. I just wish that they would separate the pieces with paper.

The taste was not as good as other brands. I was the lucky one as the other two people were sick the night of and next day after eating it. Wasted money as I threw out 85% of it.

This is a very low quality product. It sticks together and when I tried to peel apart, it came out in clumps that were impossible to separate. It was also slimy and almost gummy, like it wasn't aged long enough.

This Prosciutto is the equivalent to comparing Velveeta to cheese. The previous brand was a truly dried or cured ham with salt crystals and had real taste. This "stuff" is slimy and not what I expected from Sam.s.
