This Prosciutto is the equivalent to comparing Velveeta to cheese. The previous brand was a truly dried or cured ham with salt crystals and had real taste. This "stuff" is slimy and not what I expected from Sam.s.

I buy and use this all the time. The thin slices aren’t separated by frilly paper and it’s a little moist and isn’t from Italy, true, true and true, but it’s good and consistent and flavorful at a very reasonable price. I’m gonna planning on wrapping a Thanksgiving turkey with it for the smoker, to do that with a true dry Parma ham would be expensive and stupid. Try it, you’ll like it.

This prosciutto is amazing! One of the best I've ever had and that includes some from fine Italian delis. Great value for the price too!
