There were no thin sheets between the slices, and I couldn’t separate the slices to use with any dish. Most unattractive prosciutto ever purchased! Taste was OK, but not the light delicate flavor associated with this ham. (Maybe because the pieces were butchered!)

Mostly fat bought through pick up.

I don’t mind paying a little bit more for a better product, please bring back the “prosciutto di Parma”!

The flavor is great. They appeared rolled up in the package, but unrolling was impossible as it was just a bunch of strings and loose pieces. Do not use if you want uniform slices!

I bought Daniele Prosciutto every month. Its been repalaced with Busseto, very nice waxed paper seperators, but the quality of the Prosciutto is not nealy as good as Daniele and the fat that has to be trimmed away on the Busseto is significant. Not as good of a value

This looks like it would be a fun addition to any charcuterie board. Sadly, it had a funky indescribable taste and texture. The kicker for me was the extreme saltiness. We ended up throwing 3/4 of the package away. The family excitedly tried it but did not like it at all.
