Very unpleasant taste and texture. I gave to several people and no one liked them. Now I’m stuck with a box of inedible expensive bars.

They deliver on the protein but the taste is terrible. Especially the aftertaste. May be worth it for quick protein, but didn't meet what we needed.

These IQ protein bars are high protein, high fiber, low carb. The taste is great and they have many organic ingredients.

IDK what tastebuds these other reviewers have. I haven't had the PB chip ones yet but good lord the chocolate sea salt taste bad. The taste reminds me of the smell of nail polish. I will not be buying these again.

Although Chocolate Mint Chip is my favorite flavor, I also love the Chocolate Sea Salt & Peanut Butter Chip.These are a great healthy snack without adding alot of sugar and artifical ingredients. My husband and I both love them! These are so tasty that even my 3 1/2-year-old grandson loves the Peanut Butter Chip!

I was excited to purchase these healthy snack bars! The texture is fine, but unfortunately... THE FLAVOR IS LACKING: The peanut butter bars are not good at all. I'm trying to figure out a way to salvage them. The chocolate bars are not bad, but their flavor could be improved.

These are the only healthy all natural bars I have found that actually taste good. Look at ingredients. All good. The texture is a little grainy but works well. I think most people eat crappy over sugared food and complain about taste. Stevia and Allulose are only sweeteners I will touch. MAHA. Make America Healthy Again!

IMO, these bars are the best of the keto variety on the market today. They make it easy to stick to keto and are satisfying on multiple levels:1. the taste is par excellence (and even better when heated and combined with my favorite Keto cereal, Catalina Crunch)2. macros are the best: low total carbs makes it easier to manage by taking the guesswork out of the inaccuracy of NET carbs. (I have learned that although gut flora feeds on soluble fibers, my body's digestive system metabolizes SCF as well, making NET carb measurement ambiguous)3. The caloric density (180kcal) of these 45g bars is the best on the market today (but I'd prefer a bigger bar of around 60g).4. nootropics for mental clarity

...and that thing is the price. Everything else about them are great. I have been eating them for 10 months as part of a Keto diet and they are immensely helpful as a meal or a snack. But the cost is killing me. Anything to reward a long term client?

I was looking for a snack bar that wasn't just packed with bad ingredients and IQBar fit that perfectly. Not only to they have simple ingredients, you also get the benefit of extra protein. I prefer the peanut butter bar. The chocolate sea salt feels a little bit too much like a desert for me. However, it is great if you have a sweet tooth.
