They both are good. I sometimes have one for breakfast with milk or as an afternoon snack to tie me over until dinner. I will certainly buy more in the future.

I prefer the peanut butter ones better than the chocolate mint. They're like a brownie consistency and love the fact they have very low carbs. If your looking for flavor, you will be disappointed.

I like all of the IQBARS, but the chocolate sea salt is my favorite. A big plus for protein and iron which is especially good for Platelet donors like me!

I am obsessed with these bars. They are my go to snack to grab during that afternoon slump to get me through to dinner. I love that they have that protein boost without the dairy! The peanut butter are by far my favorite protein bar I've ever had.

I've been looking for a non-dairy keto meal bar and was hopeful this would fit the bill. However the consistency is horrible- chewy like raw cookie dough but with hard little bits in it. I don't plan to buy again.

These 2 flavors are hands down the best tasting PB and Chocolate out there! The taste is so good and I love that all IQ bars have only 1 gram of sugar and zero added sugar! Addicted for sure. This is my go to bar!

I believe these to be the best protein bars especially for Type 2 Diabetics. They are filling and taste good to. My wife and I really like them, and we will keep ordering them and eat them as part of our new health journey.

Just what we like in a protein bar! Great taste, and texture with reasonable # of calories, low fat and sugar and high protein....and perfect with coffee!! Like I said....Yum!
