I finally found some protein bars that I can eat in my lifestyle. They have 12 grams of protein and 1 gram of sugar. I love that these are not dry and do not leave a chalky type of texture in your mouth. All the ingredients are anti-inflammatory. They are also Keto approved and low carb. The peanut butter and chocolate sea salt varieties were great but I liked the peanut butter more. If you like peanut butter you will love this protein bar. Because I am getting a little older I am having a little bit of problem maintaining my muscle mass and supplementing protein is important to me. It is important for me personally for me to be able to stay healthy and keep muscle mass on my body. Having a low carb protein bar handy like the IQ BAR help me get the nutrition I need to maintain that muscle mass. And best of all they taste great!

The texture is grainy and pretty awful, which is common for diet products. Honestly, I could overlook that if it werent for the horrendous taste. The chocolate sea salt ones taste like what nail polish remover smells like. As a diet product this completely fails because now I have to eat something else to get this nasty taste out of my mouth. I ate half a bar and threw the rest of the box away.

Being Vegetarian, we have less choices. 12g of plant protein with 1g of sugar is amazing. it is soft and chewy and tastes good.A standout feature is the inclusion of 6 brain-boosting nutrients. Highly recommend for kids and adults who are looking for protein bars

THIS IS OUR NEW FAVORITE. THE PEANUT BUTTER TASTE LIKE A REESES. IT GIVES A AMAZING AMOUNT OF PROTEIN WITH LOW SUGAR. WHEN I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR BREAKFAST I EAT ONE OF THESE. I KEEP A FEW OF EACH OF THESE IN MY TRUCK BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU NEED A LITTLE BOOST.

We really liked both flavors included, no chalky taste at all. We mainly use them for in between meals and they definitely leave us feeling satisfied. You get a good amount of protein from each bar, so that helps with daily protein intake. Also appreciate that its plant protein.

I am quite disappointed that the bars are dated to expire November 14. If I were in the store picking them up I would not have purchased them with that close of a date being they should be like a pantry product and not I gotta eat it quick. The bars taste okay.

Something has changed with these bars recently. Most recent boxes have had very hard, unchewable bits in them. Company says its most likely because they changed the type of pea protein they use. Basically ruined it for us. We used to like them, but now we are hesitant to eat them because they will either hurt to chew on, or lodge pieces of someting into our teeth. Not enjoyable anymore and i hope they go back to their old formula!
