Sorry, I get so frustrated when I read bad reviews from people that say protein bars "taste bad." Anyone looking for a candy bar-type snack bar to hold them over in between all the meals they have to have without any training might not like these. Speaking to the "do you even lift bro"-types, these taste great! Texture is softer than most bars we've had but of course we don't worry about that. Biggest takeaway- 12 grams protein, 8-9 GRAMS FIBER and just look at the ingredients. They are pretty small but I'm on the go a lot so grabbing 2 to get the 17 grams of fiber with the 24 grams of protein (330 kcal) about as cleanly as possible the times I can't eat whole food meals is a total winner for me.

I picked up the IQBAR variety pack because I wanted something high-protein without a ton of sugar. These are definitely more “functional snack” than “tastes like a candy bar,” which I actually like. They're pretty dense and filling, one bar keeps me full for a while and I don't get that crash after. Texture is a little chewy/dry, so I like having coffee or water with it. Not chalky, just not soft and gooey. Chocolate Sea Salt is my fave out of the two, balanced, not overly sweet. Peanut Butter Chip tastes clean and nutty, also not super sweet. If you're used to really sugary protein bars, these will taste more toned down. I can't say I felt like a brain genius from the added nutrients, but energy feels steady and no weird aftertaste from the stevia.

I like how the bar is chewy and crunchy, it has chocolate pieces and nuts. My favorite one with the peanut butter chip. I like that he has low sugar. I could taste a little bit of the Stevia aftertaste. It's non-GMO vegan, it has magnesium vitamin E MCT that are a plus for me. 12 g of protein.Nice on the go. Great price

I loved these bars, the flavors are awesome and they are not ultra sweet like some other bars I have tried. One of my preferred features is that they have just 1g of sugar (not added), also I like their high protein content (12g). Very good value on these bars.

The texture is grainy and pretty awful, which is common for diet products. Honestly, I could overlook that if it werent for the horrendous taste. The chocolate sea salt ones taste like what nail polish remover smells like. As a diet product this completely fails because now I have to eat something else to get this nasty taste out of my mouth. I ate half a bar and threw the rest of the box away.

Excited to try these chocolate protein bars. First taste, chocolatey, flavor is okay, what did not work for me is the textures. It's not chewy, but soft in a way that did not agree with my taste buds. I am usually a very easy to please food person. Nothing really dents my taste buds or tastes in textures. However, this IQ Protein did. I am not at all a finicky or a picky consumer. I am 98% easy on tastes-textures. I simply did not like it at all on the 1st bar I tried. It has nothing to do with the taste or flavors. But it has to do with this kind of weird texture that stopped ne on my track. It's soft yet has a texture I havent never ir could remember from anything snacks I have ever tried in all my years. if it's meant to be chewy then let it be chewy. if it's meant to be a soft bar; let it be a soft bar. if it's meant to be crunchy, let it be crunchy. It has this Fig Newton fig bar texture like strange texture that I still can't put on ny hands on. It is not terrible or anything. For me, I don't like the textures. That was the 1st and last time I will go for IQ protein bars. I tried, now I know from experience.

I chose the IQ Bars for their clean ingredients, lower carb, higher protein balance. The peanuts butter was pretty good, better than the chocolate. The texture is ok, but very soft, not great. The most off putting aspect is it leaves an awful aftertaste. I'll keep looking for something better.

I am absolutely obsessed with the IQBAR Plant Protein Bar Variety Pack! These bars are hands down one of the best plant-based protein options I've tried. The flavors are all delicious (no weird aftertaste!), and they're perfectly balanced — not overly sweet but still satisfying.

These bars were never the tastiest but somewhat better ingredients except for the “natural flavors” which could be anything. Now they are super sticky, lighter in color, saltier %26 taste different. I was buying on a regular basis but will no longer purchase.
