I was looking for a protein bar that had a good balance of calories and protein. While these could have a bit more protein, the flavors are really good and enjoyable. Made with simple ingredients and six powerful brain nutrients, they're designed to keep you full, focused, and energized throughout the day. These functional snack bars are perfect for busy lifestyles. Each gluten-free bar contains 12 grams of plant-based protein, only 1 gram of total sugar, and just 3 grams of net carbs. Being vegan and keto-friendly, they're packed with nutrients and healthy fats to support an active and healthy lifestyle. Overall, these are a great snack choice—tasty, nutritious, and convenient for anyone on the go!

A filling snack that tastes good with plenty of protein and low sugar.

It's ok...not my favorite

These are the worst tasting, and the texture is nasty

Fantastic taste and only 1G of sugar

Great product. Appreciate Sams offering additional vegan / healthy options at affordable price.

The IQ bar must have made me smarter because I passed my test!
