Delicious easy keto friendly snack

I was looking for an alternative to RX Bars since Sam’s Club doesn’t carry those. This is not that alternative. The taste is so jarring and overly sweet that I could barely make it through one. I hoped to dispose of them by feeding them to my 3 teenaged sons, but even THEY despise them.

I am absolutely obsessed with the IQBAR Plant Protein Bar Variety Pack! These bars are hands down one of the best plant-based protein options I’ve tried. The flavors are all delicious (no weird aftertaste!), and they’re perfectly balanced — not overly sweet but still satisfying.

I picked up the IQBAR variety pack because I wanted something high-protein without a ton of sugar. These are definitely more “functional snack” than “tastes like a candy bar,” which I actually like. They’re pretty dense and filling, one bar keeps me full for a while and I don’t get that crash after. Texture is a little chewy/dry, so I like having coffee or water with it. Not chalky, just not soft and gooey. Chocolate Sea Salt is my fave out of the two, balanced, not overly sweet. Peanut Butter Chip tastes clean and nutty, also not super sweet. If you’re used to really sugary protein bars, these will taste more toned down. I can’t say I felt like a brain genius from the added nutrients, but energy feels steady and no weird aftertaste from the stevia.

I bought these for my husband since he likes protein bars but I decided to try the chocolate one. Most protein bars I have tried have this weird aftertaste. The chocolate one is really good! There’s no bitter or grittiness to it. I highly recommend them.

I chose the IQ Bars for their clean ingredients, lower carb, higher protein balance. The peanuts butter was pretty good, better than the chocolate. The texture is ok, but very soft, not great. The most off putting aspect is it leaves an awful aftertaste. I’ll keep looking for something better.

Only complaint is that Sam's is not offering enough flavors, only Choc and peanut butter. These are low carb staples ! love them. Do not raise the price because I won't buy then.

It doesn’t take a high IQ or a Smart Mouth To discover that these bars are inedible. The taste is awful and only minimally resembles the advertised flavor. I attempted to eat one of each; two bites in and the entire box went into the trash
