Great salsa

I bought Mateo’s salsa on a whim because I was tired of tolerating other salsas. When I grabbed the salsa from the shelf, I couldn’t believe how good it actually looked through the jars. I love salsa on everything, so I couldn’t wait to get it home. Hands down, this salsa is the best I’ve ever bought. I love the flavor and consistency. Less than a week after purchasing, I was out of salsa.

Used to love this salsa. The last two purchases (two jars per package) had one jar with an unsealed lid. All jars had dried salsa encrusted around the exterior of the lid and dried salsa stains down the exterior of the jars. The first instance we decided to just ignore and grow the unsealed jar away. Today I had to throw another unsealed jar away. And now feel I need to write a negative review and report this to Sam's as a safety hazard.

Literally the only reason I gave a 1 star is because the ingredients are good. If it was possible I would return this and using the same ingredients make my own. Such a disappointment and my feeling is that the flavor is due to cilantro but not sure as I usually enjoy cilantro in mexican restaurant salsa's.

Tasted just like Ortega Taco seasoning and is extremely salty. Not very good at all.
