Watching those videos on YouTube telling me what not to eat and what's good, Mateo's sauce is one of the most safe products without sacrificing on taste. The flavor is a symphony playing with every bite. I use it for dips and for tacos, etc. Will purchase again and again.

Great flavoring. Have had with chips and used in dishes like tacos and burritos, and all are great options for this salsa. Not too spicy but has a little kick to it. Went back and bought another set.

How is this the best jarred salsa ever? It's too good. Like the salsa you somehow eat a whole basket of chips with before your meal comes good. I make my own salsa because I'm picky & this is so good I want to hoard it & never make my own again. Flavor is spot on. Perfect spice. Perfect texture. Just, try it. You'll love it!

Good salsa. I like that you don't have to refrigerate until opened. Provides better storage flexibility. A little pricey compared to other options but it has a good flavor. Medium heat is a good description.

Tried this salsa for the first time last week. It was more expensive than the other's but I thought I'd give it a try. It is the BEST salsa I've ever tried! Rating: A+

I was skeptical, never heard of this brand before... took a chance given the price. Absolutely delicious... Hope the Club will stock regularly. I would 100% buy again!

Mateo's is the best tasting, jarred salsa out there. The only potential downside (my opinion) is that since it has no preservatives (apparently) I am hesitant to keep it around for long periods once opened, even in the fridge. I may just be paranoid on that point, but I do know that I have thrown out half-consumed jars than have been in the fridge for longer than I am comfortable. Cannot say that I specifically tested if they were still good or not. Talking like, leaving an opened jar in the fridge for more than a week or so. So, in short, it's the best tasting salsa, but my recommendation would be to consume the whole jar within a few days of it being opened.

Delicious and Healthy Salsa

Not bad at all for the price. Not artisan, but certainly not Pace, either. The green chilis really stand out. I bought it on clearance, so I wouldn't look for it to be around much longer.

It tastes like it has Italian seasoning in it. Like salsa meets spaghetti sauce. Not nearly as good as everyone claims
