I have tasted a lot of protein drinks and this protein drink actually taste like chocolate milk. It is low in sugar and cholesterol. It only has 160 calories. Also, it has a whopping 30 grams of protein!

I drank this delightful shake after my workout. The texture was creamy and smooth. It did not have a chalky aftertaste. The flavor was closest to a milk chocolate taste. I will buy more on my next shopping trip!
