I wanted to like this as they are cheaper than alternatives, but they just tasted watery and powdery. I'm comparing this to Fairlife which is real milk, and even the Member's Mark vanilla shakes are primarily real milk - for this one, you'll see the main ingredient is water. I'm looking for something I actually enjoy drinking, so I'll be going back to the Fairlife chocolate nutrition shakes.

I have been buying your chocolate protein drinks pretty much since you started selling them and I have always loved them over all other brands. But you changed the formula recently and I am not a fan. The last 2 cases I got, the drinks are so thick, I literally have to squeeze it out like toothpaste. I still enjoy the taste, but definitely not the consistency. Please change it back.

Waste of money. Like others there must be a spoiled batch. Opened 5 bottles of the brand new box and all are chunky. Trashed the whole box. Had these shipped and no time to drive 30 minutes to the store to return. Can't get a refund online and phone calls are answered by AI.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been drinking these for years without issue, however, the ones I just received are horrifying! They did not seem right when I went to take a drink and got a mouthful of sludge, so I shook it up even more, thinking that was the problem. No…….this product was bad and should be recalled. The taste was stomach churning and the texture was curdled, chunky milk!!! I felt disgusted knowing I had a “sip” of one after seeing this. I opened the others to see if it was just one bad one, but the whole box was the same. Customer service refunded my purchase without issue, but buyer beware. I wish I could upload the photo but the site is having issues…

These are my family's go to shake for years and they were recently out of stock, so I was excited to get them back. Apparently, they were rushed back and through QC because I just picked up 2 boxes from the new stock and they are disgusting and lumpy. Please bring back the product we all love. Recall these or something, it doesnt give me confidence to purchase not knowing what to expect now. The vanilla ultra filtered are out of stock now too, please dont ruin that one too.

I really didn't like it. Upon pouring the shake into a glass, I smelled a slight chemical odor. The taste was nondescript, but not really good. Definitely not chocolate. The chemical taste was mild, but present. And now, I have an aftertaste from the chemicals, I presume. I won't buy this again, and I will struggle to drink the remaining 14 in the case. There are much better tasting products on the market

I have been using the Fairlife protein chocolate for quite sometime now. Thought I'd try these as they seemed to be the same as the Fairlife. Not so. They were disguisting (if you don't tolerate the sucralose very well). I even added frozen strawberries to cut the taste. Found out after the fact that they are non returnable...so waste of $$$ there. Just pay a bit more and get the better taste with Fairlife.

As a bariatric patient, these shakes have been a daily routine for 6 years. I have tried others and I prefer Member's Mark CHOCOLATE shakes 11 ounce, 15 pack. Please bring them back, I do not like vanilla or strawberry and all you have is a variety pack.

My family does not care for the taste or chalky consistency of these shakes.

It taste good and the value is great.
