Everyone thinks it's too hard when they first lay on it but as soon as it contours to their body they think it's the best thing ever.

Once you've laid on a Tempur-Pedic, you won't want anything else. The cooling effect from the mattress is wonderful, it really helps keep you comfortable through the night. This is an amazing bed, both for the firmness and size. We purchased a King Firm and will never look back. We wanted to get this 5 years ago when my wife began experiencing severe lower back pain due to arthritis in the disc joints. However, we postponed and attempted numerous other 'back expert' options. After about 3 weeks the difference is night and day, and although she was not healed completely, her attitude towards the future is bright like I have not seen in ages. We bought this mattress to replace a memory foam mattress that we had for almost 10 years. We've had this one almost a year and now I spend most nights on the couch. It is very uncomfortable for my husband and myself. We don't sleep well, we wake up tired and sore. We have the Proadapt soft and it is not soft at all. I'm sorry but we slept better on our cheaper mattress. I can not recommend this mattress especially at the price we paid for it. We are looking for something else to replace it.

I was skeptical of buying this mattress due to how firm it was, but after the second night I realized that it was an excellent choice for me. I was waking up with my back hurting until I slept on this mattress. It feels so good that now I don't want to get out of bed! There is nothing that I don't like about this mattress.

I never knew sleep felt so good until my Tempur experience. Got a Split King with a ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and the ProAdapt Soft. Talking about the best of both worlds. Now all I want to do is sleep! I alternate sleeping on each and discovered that I like the hybrid better, but I wouldn't trade either for the world. Tremendous relief from my chronic back pain. Did I tell you about the Ergo Smart Base? A must-have for your Tempurpedic mattress. I got one with the SleepTracker. Amazing! No more bumping into things with the smart lighting. Unlimited adjustable positions, plus the presets. I haven't even started to use the massage. The daily sleep tracker reports is the icing on the cake. Didn't realize my sleep quality was that great. Bottom line, I will not sleep on anything else.
