We love the Pro Adapt, Firm, only having it for 3 weeks so far. We don't wake up with any aches & pain and don't wake each other up if we get up during the night. It's higher than what we replaced but makes us feel like little kids cause our feet don't touch the ground (I'm 5'7" & my husband is 6'). Just love this bed & highly recommend it, especially if you like hard beds.

We previously had a sleep number bed that had run it's course....caving in the middle, ect. The first night we slept on this was AMAZING. I prefer soft and husband prefers firm. So we went with this thinking we both compromise a bit. We also ordered this without even laying on! We could feel the difference after 1 night, no body aches getting out of bed, slept well, pure bliss. This mattress feels like it just conforms to your body and you don't feel the other if they move. Soft yet supportive. We also got an adjustable bed to go with, the zero gravity is heaven. If you're looking for an adjustable bed to go with - do it. We were surprised to find that we enjoy the legs being elevated more than the head. BED AND ADJUSTABLE FRAME WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! We also got tempur-pedic pillows that are wonderful as well.

This is my third Tempur-Pedic mattress (I'm 70). I absolutely love the support these mattresses offer. Some think you "sink in" too far, but not me. You "sink" to a degree, and then it stops, and you are supported, and then you rest. For my form, I am supported in the places that I need to be supported, and I love it!

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.

Bought first tempur-pedic king, firm mattress in 2011. It lasted a good many years. Bought second Tempur-Pedic king adapt, medium in 2021. From the get go I knew the medium was not for me. Bought our newest King Tempur-ProAdapt Firm an have slept on it for one month and a few days. From the Flagship store experience to the "white glove" delivery and set up has been a wise choice. It has taken me a couple of weeks to get used to the "Firm", but I am a firm mattress sleeper.

The mattress is just so comfortable,I would highly recommend one. Just adjustable base helps you find that prefect sleeping position.best money we spent in a long time.

Had a Tempur for years and recently replaced it - the new "firm" model is very hard and the tested "medium" is very squishy. Neither seem to be the middle of the road that the older models were and we are having difficulty getting used to the firmness of the mattresses we bought. Older now and perhaps have more joint aches and pains but we seldomly wake up refreshed but rather with exaggerated aches and pains. Would try the "medium" but not sure that would be better and don't want to be stuck with that should it not work better and we want to switch back again. The trial period is almost up and we are 'conflicted as to what to do with this very expensive and not so comfortable bed system. Also got a set of the most expensive sheets that were never opened and decided we do not need but the store refuses to take them as a return or exchange so we are stuck with nearly $400 in useless product!!! A decent product but one that requires very very careful evaluation before spending the money they demand. In our case we are not much pleased with the purchase and get poor responses from the retailer.

I started out with an adapt medium hybrid and switched over to the pro-adapt soft during the trial period. I am so glad I did, and just sorry I didn't go with this in the first place! As a side sleeper, the first mattress was too firm for me and I had a lot of pressure points on my shoulders and hips. This one has been great from night one! I fell asleep very easily the first night and only woke up once. I didn't think much of that until I actually got out of bed that first morning. For the first time in at least ten years I had zero lower back pain! And as I walked to work that morning I realized I had more energy than I've had in a long time. I didn't even realize how poorly I'd been sleeping until I got the Pro-Adapt Soft. SO, SO happy with this purchase. Mine is still a little firmer than the one in the store, so I know it's only going to get better and better.

I purchased a twin pro adapt firm mattress from mattress firm and they claimed it was sold to a customer that returned it within a week. After having the mattress for a short while, I realized there was a very soft area compared to all other areas on the mattress. Mattress firm did not resolve the problem as they have pathetic"customer service". I called tempur pedic and spoke with Glenda who works in the escalation department. She looked at pictures and agreed that there is no way that a mattress I purchased in Sept 2023 had a manufactured date in 2021. Glenda also stated to me that she can see why I had this huge problem because she looked at all the pictures I emailed. Tempur pedic also turned their back on me so I'm stuck with an expensive mattress with an area that doesn't support my back and would never recommend this product to anyone!

We have owned a TempurPedic mattress for many years, our old queen size was still as good as new, we put it in our guest room. My wife needed a firm mattress due to back and hip pain. The Tempur- ProAdapt Firm mattress was just the ticket. We have slept on it for 45 days and she has been pain free ever since. It takes at least 30 days to get broken in, at first it was too firm for me but now I am very comfortable sleeping on it.
