I definitely noticed the reduce noise technology. I also downloaded the app and love that it gives a notification when it is done running the cycle.

The amount of clothes you can fit in one load is unbelievable, along with how efficient AND quiet it runs. There are so many settings to choose from, and stains stand no chance. The smart tech capabilities are incredible, and the app/TV notification when the load is finished is the icing on the cake. We also love the cosmetic look of the modern design and happy that it compliments our laundry room perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

We didn't even know about one feature of this washer that has become our favorite. It has a spout where you can get a stream of water to come out into the tub! While not an actual sink, it is awesome for pre-soaking something and scrubbing out hard stains. With the Samsung app, we know when the load is done so we cant start another. Which also is less loads now with this increased capacity. This has been a great purchase and we look forward to doing laundry now!

First of all, it is very quiet and at times I forget it is going. Second of all, it does such a quick and great job of removing odors and stains from our clothing. Even considering it has been years since our last washer, it has been very user friendly and the Smart Things feature has been very easy to use. I love that we can keep up with our washer and dryer on our phones no matter whether we are home or not. Highly recommend!

The washing machine is not functional at all, its axis is not strong enough when it spins to dry the clothes, it seems that you have to weigh each side to balance the clothes so that they do not stop, every time I wash clothes I have to arrange all the wings clothes so that the washing machine does not crash, I really feel robbed and a terrible team, the quality control of this team did not realize this, I personally hope that no one buys these washing machines anymore.

My husband bought me this washing machine about 6 months ago. It makes the most gawd awful noise when spinning. I have tried troubleshooting and replace the bearings but it still does the same thing. I barely have anything in the washing machine. No matter what I try it creates the same noise. I have never overloaded it. I keep the middle clear and arrange clothes or towels around the sides.

It came packaged very well to prevent damage during shipment. The wash is super quiet. I downloaded the SmartThings app so I can schedule when I want my laundry to be done by and it sends me a notification when the cycle is complete. There are 7 different washing options for my different washing needs. I really like the soft close lid and the crisp design.
