Although I'm only 25, I'm a registered nurse and I work long hours. I never thought much about our bed quality, until my neck and back started hurting. I couldn't even turn my head properly because of the pain. My first fix was to get a different pillow, it helped somewhat, but didn't solve my problem. So we decided to bite the bullet and purchase one of the most expensive items we have purchased as a married couple! This was the smartest decision we made! We bought this mattress (LuxeAdapt Soft) and tempur-pedic pillows. After 2 nights sleep, my neck and back were like brand new! The support my body gets through a nights rest is exactly what I need to recharge. So happy with our purchase!!! Also ordering online was SO easy. We got our order in less than ONE week!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a very particular (and by that I mean odd) person in that I wanted a mattress that was firm enough so that it felt like I was on top of it, not in it, and at the same time I wanted it to be comfortable. I didn't expect this mattress to fit the bill so perfectly. I'm guessing because of the whatever-its-called technology of the top layer, it contours around your body creating this nice cushion effect. But I still feel like I'm on top of the bed, not sinking in, and it's very comfortable sleeping on my back. I actually woke up once sleeping on my side, and I didn't have the pain in my arm and shoulder that I had with my previous mattress. But I'd still suggest with going with the soft version of this mattress if you're a side sleeper because it still wasn't super comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this mattress for back or stomach (though you really shouldn't do this) sleepers... assuming you have cash to burn. Or a good night's rest, and the highest possible quality mattress, is just worth the cost.

After spending 2 years trying out different mattresses from traditional brick and mortar shops as well as modern mattress in a box companies, I finally decided to see if a Tempur-Pedic was worth the premium pricetag. I can say with high confidence that I've had my best sleep on this mattress. It's a high quality product that conforms well to your pressure points so you can sleep comfortably. It does run a little on the hot side, but that can be easily mitigated by using a lightweight comforter. I would recommend this product.

My Twin XL is pretty comfortable. I am a side sleeper and the bed is comfortable on the side where I had a hip replacement. It is a bit hard on the other hip that hurts. Overall this is a comfortable bed. I needed a soft bed that was not hot. Neighbors have Tempur Pedics that have lasted 16 years and bought another Tempur Pedic. Quality is excellent.

I needed to get a new mattress as a 15 year Comforpedic Mystere needed to be replaced- we purchased a Temperpedic Luxe Adapt Soft and we also bought an adjustable base. Very expensive purchase. I now wake up in the middle of the night sweating-the mattress gets really warm or my heat transfers-whichever is the case it's not ideal. I also feel it's not as substantive as my old mattress the depth is much shorter. I do enjoy the molding of the mattress to the contours of my body, and that feels sturdy and supported. There does feel like a difference between the edge and the center of the bed-I am an edge sleeper and that feeling of the possibility of rolling off is present. Unfortunately, I am regretting getting rid of my old mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and now a Herniated Disc in my back. I have wanted this bed for 10 years and this year I finally bought it. It was everything I expected and more. I wish I would have purchased it earlier. In a few weeks my back is already feeling much better and my arms don't ache as bad at night. My whole body feels a lot lighter and more supported on this bed. My cats also love it, you should see the faces they make and the positions they fall asleep in, they definitely feel the heaven just like I can.

This is by far the best mattress I've ever owned. I have chronic lower back pain and could never get comfortable on my old mattress. I sleep comfortably every night now. We got the ergo Smart base for my husband, and now when he starts snoring, the bed goes up and snoring stops. It's a lot of money to spend on a mattress and the frames but worth every penny!

We traded out a ten year old Tempurapedic bed and immediately noticed that the new generation one is a heads and shoulders improvement in terms of comfort. We simply no longer have pain in the morning. Things that will take time: Getting use to cal King split; trying to figure out best positions for sleeping; and where to store the remote at night, while still having easy access (not obvious).
