What is the weight limit for this mattress or mattress set? 800 lbs. for Queen sizes and larger

What bases are compatible with this mattress? Does it need a foundation? We recommend all Tempur-Pedic® mattresses are used with an approved Tempur-Pedic® foundation, Tempur-Pedic adjustable base or you can place your mattress on a platform frame or solid surface.

Can I flip my mattress? Our mattresses are not designed to be flipped and should not be flipped. You may choose to rotate your mattress if you’d like, though it is not necessary.

How long is the mattress and foundation warranty? 10-year limited warranty. For more details, please refer to the warranty card here. Should I use a mattress protector with my mattress? We do recommend using a mattress protector to protect against spills.

How long will it take to get used to my new mattress? All new mattresses may take some getting used to since your body is used to different sleeping surface. We suggest you to try it for 30 nights allowing the mattress itself to ‘break in’ and your body to acclimate as well.

My new mattress has a slight odor. How long will it last? TEMPUR-Material™ can have a slight odor after it is manufactured. This smell is normal and harmless, and it usually disappears before the product reaches you. If you notice this odor, know that it will dissipate in a week or two. Sometimes it’s helpful to “air out” your mattress for a couple of days.

What does Home delivery consist of? Tempur-Pedic’s in-home Delivery service includes in-home delivery and basic set-up. In addition, the Member may ask the White Glove delivery agent to remove an old mattress and box spring. The delivery carrier will call the Member to schedule an appointment when the mattress purchase is ready to be delivered.

How can I prepare for my new mattress delivery? Be available, have pets in a separate area, clear pathways leading to your bedroom, have a plan for your old mattress. And finally ensure that you have a proper foundation or base for your new mattress.
