This is one of the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever bought. It’s like a soccer ball is in your back and you have to collapse the ball to lean back. Very disappointed. I absolutely love La-Z-Boy products but this chair I cannot recommend.

My husband is 6'3" and nearly 300 lbs. Struggled to find an appropriate office chair for him at reasonable price. So glad I came across this. He loves it!

Just bought on Saturday 8/29/2026 put together on the following day and it is very comfortable. Purchased for the back support and for the wide seating so the arms do not push up on my incisions from hip replacement surgeries. This chair will be used while I am sewing at my sewing machine and at my cutting table.

As remote worker I have to have a comfortable chair that supports the health of my body. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing to the eye, beautiful in the room and on camera, it also supports the health of my back and posture. Cheaper chairs from market place will NOT give you these things. Make the investment and your back and neck will thank you daily!

Easy to assemble, and all required tools and pieces were sent with the chair. The allen wrench had a very comfortable t-handle to endure the assembly was torqued properly. The screws had lock tight on the threads and the caps for the arm rests were a very snug fit. It was even easy to register for the warranty.

After using this chair for a week, it’s not as great as I had hoped. It was difficult to assemble and the lumbar support is really weak. I’m afraid I have to suck it up and deal with it because it cost a lot. Frankly I’ve had more comfortable chairs that were less expensive.

Discovered this LAZBOY office chair on display at Sam's Club. Very comfortable and attractive chair, but pricey. We have long wanted to replace an office chair in our home office that was expensive but not very comfortable. This fit the bill perfectly, so I came back the next day and picked it up. Very much enjoying its use!

Being a brand new chair, I have no opinion about its longevity, however it seems solid and no reason to doubt it being a good chair. Assembly was refreshingly simple. It is a heavy duty chair so I recommend having some assistance for a couple times during assembly.

I have been sitting in my new chair for about 10 minutes. It took me 45 minutes to assemble at a slow and careful pace. The seat depth 19” is not as deep as my old chair 20.5” which I might miss being 5'11” 205 lbs. But had to replace as the cushions were going flat after several years of service.

After easily assembling the chair with their very clear assembly instructions, I put the chair to work right away. Doing work at my desk is much more supportive than previous chairs I have owned. This specific chair was pricy but worth every penny!
