If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps: * Attempt to unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. * After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. * If there is no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. * If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw it back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose.
