Went to assemble it and the pole section that connects the handle to the pole was missing the plastic clip to attach it. Had to duct tape it on. It seems like a waste of my money to have to come up with a DIY fix just to use it.

great to get everything clean. lasts a long time. works great. great on hard wood floors you can use it anywhere. very portable. i love love love this product.

I love my swiffer. I can sweep a lot and then right after use it and somehow it still picks up a ton of dog hair that the broom missed. It's great because I have a lab, so lots of dog hair.

PLEASE consider the consumer and sell a swifter head that uses a spring loaded latch over these rubber pockets. I've stopped using this all together because the mats fall out a free a few pushes. I'd rather ring out a mop..

I can't figure out how the pads attach to the mop. My pads aren't wide enough to get around to the grippers. Rubber banding them on didn't seen to help.

I like this for quick touch ups and a refresh of the floors. I find that it does pick up dirt and leaves a fresh scent. I like to pair this with a deeper cleaning mom to ensure a deep clean.

I love the Swiffer sweeper and use it every day. However, how do I order another base? The one I have is wearing out. The handle is fine, it’s just the rubber around the base where the cloths attach is crumbling.

We absolutely love our awesome Swiffer mop! How could you not like it, though? It gets everything cleaned at such a great job! The mop itself is also really durable! It's definitely worth the price, in my opinion.

The Swiffer floor mop is great for quick clean up. If makes ypur floors feel clean. I like that you don't meed a mop bucket with water. I like that you just throw the pads away when you're done.
