I must be an idiot

I can't figure out how the pads attach to the mop. My pads aren't wide enough to get around to the grippers. Rubber banding them on didn't seen to help.

We're very sorry you're having this experience. To attach the cloth to the sweeper, fold the sides of the sheet over the edges of the sweeper head and tuck them into the grippers. It's important to make sure that you're using the Swiffer Sweeper Dry or Wet Cloths and not the WetJet cloths. The cloths for your WetJet will not fit the Sweeper. Handle is missing parts

Went to assemble it and the pole section that connects the handle to the pole was missing the plastic clip to attach it. Had to duct tape it on. It seems like a waste of my money to have to come up with a DIY fix just to use it.

My Swiffer

This is great to use for small areas like around and behind your toilets. Very flexible! I love the dry mop feature. I'm struggling with the wet mop heads though. Leaves a residue behind on the tile floors when you use those.

Great concept but difficult to use

I’ve yet to have the wet cloths stay on while mopping. Most often it falls off way before I’m halfway through with the room. The last time I used it, I ended up using the parity my hand not the swifter handle.

We always want you to be able to use our products with ease, so we're sorry that this has been your experience. We'd like to mention that you should only use our Wet cloths as directed, which would be with them attached to your Sweeper, not handled with your hands. We also suggest making sure that you wash your hands after being in contact with the cloths. To help the cloths stay attached while you're mopping, ensure that there's enough material to tuck into the grippers. You can try mopping with both hands, with one hand placed on the top of your Sweeper, while the other should be about halfway down. This allows you to put more downward pressure on the Sweeper head to help keep it flat during use. Wet pad not good

Bought the kit. The wet pad didn't hold a little cat hair. I had to mop it into a pile and pick it up later. I like the dry ones. I can wet them if I want. Nice to dust & clean blinds, louvers, doors, walls, etc. It's a keeper.

Good when I need for the job

This swiffer is good for using but I just like using it for dry pick up because when I use it for wet the pad always comes out of the holes that you place it in so it can stay tight.

No longer any good

When these originally came on the market they were a 5 star product. Not anymore, I have more trouble than ever keeping dry or wet cloth attached to mop heads

Worthless Basic Handle

You people should take more pride in your product. The wet pads keep coming off no matter how many times you attach them to this piece of trash. Like others have said these wet cloth pads dry out in use too quickly. Not a happy camper on this end!

Doesn't work

Followed instructions for 1st time use and no liquid came out. The wetjet refill supplied with the starter kit had no refill and it just doesn't pierce the unit. Instructions are HORRID.

It's missing something

I just bought a Swiffer Dry/Wet Sweeping Kit. I went to assemble it together to find that it stands about 28 inches tall when assembled. What in the world is this? I'm missing a part?
