My husband is a long time PS4 user and I bought this Xbox bundle on a Black Friday deal- he loves it! He says he prefers Xbox now to PS4. I liked that Xbox is more affordable and all wireless streaming and no additional cords to hide since our TV is mounted. Would definitely purchase again!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas which he got early but he loves it. Downloading games online and right to the device is easy and convenient.

The 3 month subscription can be an absolute pain to get to work, which is a Microsoft issue, not a seller issue. If you have a Microsoft family account, it will automatically recognize the emails have a Microsoft family and the admin account has to be added to Xbox as a user and you have to claim the game pass under that admin user for it to work.

I'm trying to get a refund or replacement but these people giving me the runaround Xbox series comes with no disc so everything is digital none of my games will go past the loading screen on each one of them I can't even play my games cuz none of them work the entire system is messed up every game I've downloaded it just freezes on the loading screen.

It is very small but works great. The 3 month game pass is very helpful. It is very easy to set up, just make sure you have an outlet near it because the power cord isn't that long. But overall it is perfect.
