Birthday present for my son and everything inside the box was fantastic. However, both the console and controller boxes were considerably damaged on the outside. Since I chose to do pick up on this order instead of buying it in-store, I feel like they chose the most beat-up ones they had. Not sure if it's the carrier or Sam's Club, but someone at the store should have noticed that these boxes were not in great shape before they sent them out to someone's car for pickup. Gaming hardware purchases often become collectors items. Damaged packages result in loss of value. I just felt like Sam's Club didn't care enough to get this right this time.

The console is good, but my shopping experience with Sams Club (Pineville, NC) was not up to the mark. I ordered the console for curbside pickup. The employee who was delivering pickup items handed the console to another shopper who was waiting for their pickup. Apparently parking spot validations were NOT done before handing out items. I had to rush to employee to point out his mistake and re-claim the console. Very irresponsible action from the individual, and it also shows lack of training given to employees by SamsClub.

Firstly, I have no clue about Xbox, but the person I bought this for is an expert Xbox world community player and loves it's quality. That person says it's top notch. Secondly, another great part of this is that it is a bundle. A lot of stores sell just the box (the person I bought it for checked) for the same price. What good is that if you fork out money for the box and can't afford the controller? I bought this as a gift for someone who really needed it for varying reasons and couldn't afford it. That has made it very worthwhile. Thank-you.

Upgraded an old Xbox one for the kid. The Kid is very happy. No more glitches or freezing. The kid says this one is quick and good graphics. Got it on Black Friday 249.00. Not bad considering I've been getting them for 500 to 700 for Xboxes and PlayStation since the beginning for the old man ( Husband).

I bought a Xbox series s from Best Buy %26 i accidentally dropped it and started saying it was over heating %26 it had to be fixed “it wasn't fixable” , I bought myself the same Xbox this time my sister slapped my Xbox to the ground let me tell you the Xbox works justed fined like nothing happened to it. Missing 3 month game pass. What's the point of gifting a kid a gift with a promised 3 month game pass if it's not included. Wouldn't recommend.

Great deal for new Xbox, controller, & free game pass month. Easy setup, all parts included and in good condition.

The controller would constantly disconnect from the Xbox and would not sync back to the Xbox no matter what I tried
