Overall, I am happy with my order. However, my only down point is that there should have been options provided by Samsung of qualitative good and well-fitting rear speaker floor stands since not everyone wants to mount it to their walls, and looking around for options ourselves. Also, the configuration over remote and one liner screen, not very user-friendly. Should be available through phone app or through Samsung TV api/app to manage and configure it.

It does come at a prem price so it's not for everyone's budget, but if it fits yours it's well worth it. Sound for both normal TV / Steaming is really good and movies with Atmos are so good. I wasn't sure if I should spend this type of money on a soundbar, but the second I hooked it up and turned on my first movie, I did not regret the purchase one bit. I like how it has full 120 support so I can connect my Xbox and PS5 up to it, so I no longer have any audio delays that I was getting with my older bar that only supported 60. The rear speakers are on the larger side and do have some weight to them, so make sure your speaker stand can support them, or you mount to a sturdy wall spot. The soundbar is also pretty long and heavy, but since I have mine on my TV stand this was not an issue and fits nice under my TV. I think this will be the last soundbar I buy for many many years as it has all the features I need, and I live in a small space, so I don't think I should ever need anything better than this. It connects easily to my Samsung TV and the Q-Symphony does add a nice little extra touch and is noticeable. I do wish the little screen on the soundbar was bigger as it's pretty hard to read the text as it can only display a few Char at a time, I'd say that is its only main design flaw.

I bought this for Christmas of 2024 to go with my Samsung 75" QLED QN800C tv. I wasn't that impressed with it, coming from a 13 year old Yamaha YSP-4300 that actually worked quite well, but thought to "upgrade" to the Samsung for the new TV. So, here it is March 12, 2025, three months into the year and my new soundbar is not working. One day it was fine and the next it powers on and does nothing...no volume, no control function at all. I contact Samsung "Cares" and go through a text session trying to troubleshoot the issue and after wasting an hour plus of my time, no luck. The solution? Box the unit up and send it via UPS for repair. Great!! My basically new unit getting sent to a repair shop to get fixed? I can see how this is going to work. The unit is as new as it gets.....no scratches, dings, or any other issues....see what it looks like once it's repaired and sent back!! I had the Yamaha for 13 years with no issues at all. That's what I get for "upgrading" to the Samsung. It's a poor set-up that you can't access the soundbar on the TV for the settings, just use the little cheap display on the front of the soundbar!! Even the TV does not look as good as my Panasonic 65" plasma set did. You know. sometimes if it isn't broke, don't fix it!!

Sounds is amazing, great setup for surround with plenty of bass. The only problem is it disconnects from the Smart Things app, meaning it can’t be online to use smart services like Alexa etc. Each time this happens I have to factory reset the soundbar, which is a major hassle. This happened with my last Samsung soundbar also, the Q950T I believe. When Alexa is working, it gets triggered way too easily, interrupting the sound of whatever we’re watching. You can mute the mic, but that turns on a bright red light on the front of the soundbar which is very distracting in a dark room.

I purchased this soundbar system about 2 weeks ago and I am very happy with it. I did a lot of research before purchasing it, and it has very high reviews overall. I know that most soundbar systems have a slight latency between the dialog as it is spoken and the soundbar output, but I understand that this system is as good as it gets. Since I was also purchasing a Samsung QLED Neo television at the same time, it was a no-brainer to get a matching soundbar system. My wife and I wanted a new television because our hearing is starting to decline noticeably. When we would watch television, we had to have the closed caption on, in order to distinguish the dialog over the background noise and music in the television shows that we would watch. Both the television and the soundbar use AI to bring out the dialog, and it is a noticeable difference from past televisions and technology. We no longer have to turn on the closed caption, because we can hear the dialog very well.

Just received and setup this soundbar plus subwoofer and surround speakers. Setup was seamless and sound is spectacular! This replaces an earlier version of a similar Samsung soundbar. Playing movie soundtracks with a lot of diverse sounds is very much like being in a theater with incredible sound. Very happy with this purchase!
