Soundbar hardwire no fun

Great product works well when I used blue tooth. Hardwire connection never worked for me. Wish Samsung could offer help.

Next, connect one end of an HDMI cable into the HDMI IN (ARC) port on your TV. 2. Connect the other end into the HDMI OUT (TV-ARC) port on your soundbar. 3. Next, change the source on your soundbar to the D.IN. setting. 4. After a few seconds, "TV ARC" will appear on the soundbar's display, and the TV will transfer audio through the soundbar. Absolute best soundbar combo product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolute best soundbar combo product! Booming bass, clear center channel, convincing overhead effects (for a soundbar), solid rear outputs, lots of customization available in the app. It does disconnect from the app frequently which requires it to be "re-added" but not a deal-breaker. No drop-outs of satellites that I've noticed.
