[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The glenlivet Founder's reserve is signature fruity flavors of Glenlivet. I'd probably avoid drinking it 'on the rocks' as the main review might suggest trying as would water it down to much in my opinion. A nice all rounder for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside region of Scotland. It's named after the distillery's founder, George Smith, and is made using traditional distillation methods and water from mountain streams. The whisky is aged in a variety of oak casks, including traditional oak casks and American first-fill oak casks, which have never been used to mature whisky before. The combination of casks gives the whisky a smooth, creamy sweetness that complements its fruity flavors.

I got a couple of these for my birthday along with a collection of the 12, 15, and 21 aged version. The whole collection is awesome. This is one has some subtle zesty notes and the smoothness on every sip is incredible. Definitely one of my favorites from now on.

My original go-to drink was Scotch and Soda with the Glenlivet 12 year old until a neighbor gifted me a bottle but couldn't remember which Glenlivet I liked and gave me a bottle of the Founder's Reserve by mistake. Turns out that I enjoy that more than the 12 year old so the Founder's Reserve is the only Scotch I buy.

The flavor is not as great as other similar flavors. We tried mixing it with different drinks to see how it blended and overall it outshines all we tried. It's not as smooth as other whiskeys but will definitely do the job. Value wise, other editions seem smoother than this one. It'll get the job done, however.

I got my bottle as a gift from a friend recently and we decided to open it up and taste it right away. No shelf time. Epic taste, great after taste. No hangover. Only complaint: apparently the bottle was leaking or the warm weather vaporrised it, because we downed it pretty quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say this a good reserve. It has a lot of flavor! Sweet and smooth a little bit of a citrus taste and apple as well. It’s not a bad bite on the sip. I would definitely let it breathe a few minutes after opening the bottle and resting in your glass as well. The packaging comes just like the rest of the other bottles and has same look and expected taste. It’s definitely worth the money although it’s not my favorite by Glenlivet, I would definitely recommend it.

This is a sippers whiskey sits very well on the rocks. It has a bit more flavor than Johnny Walker and hits a bit harder. A little more apple at the front would be great. I've taken this to many parties and bottle were cleared out. Would by again with out hesitation.
