Good product, but far too much for an older couple.

Bought it for salads & also used it on panini sandwiches.

To thick and strong flavor and would not buy again.

Too much parmesan or something stinky. I'm sure some people would enjoy but too strong for me.

I use this cheese on a daily basis for egg omelets. The quality and variety I have not found elsewhere.

I love this shaved salad blend, I use it in salads, in Arborio Rice for Risotto Dishes, soups, sandwiches, ect. and I always but two bags.
