This is very flavorful, great on meat and salads

This is the most wonderful cheese blend I have ever had.

Great quality, thankful there's no fillers or antibiotic chemicals like in typical shredded cheese.

if you like sharp cheese this is great on pizza along with mozzarella or on a salad

Much prefer the texture of shaved pen in my salads. This was a little too thickly shaved IMO.

The taste is fantastic and all natural ingredients.

I used this cheese on my lasagna, Caesar salad and they turned out very good
