I bought this cheese to make macaroni and cheese and it was delicious. I made two pans for a family dinner and it was all gone that same night. My granddaughter still talks about how good it was, so I had to buy more and make it again. It was one of my best macaroni and cheese ever.

At last, a cheese blend for so many uses. Most important, you can crumble or put in in a blender or whatever (I use my Ninja) and make your own container of sprinkle size. Taste is incredible. Fabulous price, too! You gotta have this cheese. I use it in and on everything!

Stinky Cheese! But it is sooooo gooood! If you like tasty cheese sandwiches this is great to melt but be warned other people may not like that stinky smell. Takes a little bit of heat to melt but that Fresh Asiago cheese in there is brilliant. And yes I got my picky step dad to love this stuff

The best cheese. You can literally add it to anything! I put it in my eggs in the morning, salads but the best thing I have ever made with it is homemade Alfredo sauce. Holy cow!!! A new part of regular orders. Oh and the bag is huge and last forever.

I used to buy the Member's Mark shredded parmesan, but it kept getting moldy before the expiration date. I saw this in store once and realized it was cheaper on a per pound basis than the shredded parmesan, so I decided to try it. It is our favorite cheese product now! While it's advertised as a salad blend, it works great on top of pizza, spaghetti, pesto dishes (chicken or pasta), salads, and really anywhere else you would use shredded parmesan. I don't mind the larger pieces, but keep that in mind if you're used to grated or shredded cheese. Regardless of the shape, the blend tastes great, and I will continue to keep it in stock in my fridge as long as Sam's continues to sell it!

I like the variety and the qty is huge, but the cheese itself is waaaaay salty. This is NOT equivalent to a kraft/wm/sams italian blend that you can put all over the top of a lasagna or pizza. If you do that, you end up with a rubbery, salty, shell on top of your food that you need kitchen shears to cut through. Each of these cheeses seem melt at different temps too and the parm does not wanna melt at all, so some ends up nearly burnt or over-browned before others melt which is weird. Eating it cold, some pieces are tasty but one of them is too dense and rubbery and almost unchewable, and thats the one that acts like platic so much that it wont even break down into smaller bits in the bag so you only get big chunks and mostly those at the top of the bag. I think the company needs to redo some aspects of this blend. So if you love VERY salty cheese, this might be ok for you. For us, Im pretty certain more than half the bag will be left when it finally goes bad. (Yes, i could freeze it, but when Id likely pick another cheese every time, itd just take up space.) So thats $5+ wasted pretty much.

We bought this on a whim, and we are THRILLED we did. This cheese is great. Large shavings of 3 kinds of distinct flavors. Unfortunately now that we want more, it’s out of stock. Very disappointing. I hope this is a regularly stocked item as WE LOVE IT

Some previous reviewers have mentioned "stinky"and while, yes, it does have a somewhat pungent scent to it, especially upon opening it, it's still delicious cheesy goodness -- to the point that, even by itself, it tasted amazing (for those of us who love cheese). I bought it to make my own salads, yet have put it into chili, and, as previously mentioned, eaten it by itself (and had to stop myself from trying to fill up on it, it's like the cheese equivalent of chips -- hard to eat "just one"). Looking forward to adding it to more things, especially to see the meltability. All in all, though: absolutely delicious!

I absolutely love this cheese, it makes the best crackers, especially for Keto dieters. Microwave a TB for 1 minute and you have a tasty crunchy cracker. The only problem I have is that I have to drive 2 hours to my nearest Sam's club to get it. They don't ship it. I will always try to buy this cheese. I hope they keep it in stock forever.

Open the bag to use tonight Expiration date the twenty fifth of december. Went to use it Last night and to my dismay I opened it up And found out It had Molded in the center of the bag.Well actually grandson asked why the cheese had blue pieces in it I was shocked as I just opened it .Love this cheese first time this happened .As is if something had gotten in cheese during processing.Calling Sam's this morning
