This makes for a great chicken caesar salad! It does NOT melt well, so I would not advise this for cooking at all. I tried it in a cheese sauce and as a pizza topping, no luck getting it to melt right.

Wow!! Incredibly fresh and tasty! Added a small handful to a bowl of hearty tomato soup. YUM!! I think this is an excellent price for this high quality cheese. I won't bee without it again! Can't wait to melt some of garlic bread!! You will not be disappointed with this product!

This cheese is so good, I have been planning meals just so that I can use it! So far, it has been fabulous over steamed broccoli, in fettucine alfredo, on salads, and tonight, I will put it on homemade pizza. Seriously, you get almost 2 pounds of delicious, natural cheese for less than $10?!? Go get some!
