I bought this when our power was still out from Helene. I have owned similar ones in the past and this one by far has been the best. It was a great value for the money. I like the electric and remote start. Being able to use gas and propane is awesome and convenient when the gas stations were out of gas. Its quiet too! My only complaint is that it doesnt come with the wheel kit. ...

I am delighted with this purchase. I bought this generator less than a month ago because my wife and I have had to endure prolonged power outages during some very cold weather. Our power company and the county now threaten further prolonged interruptions during high-wind weather events because of the danger of setting wildfires. This generator can run my refrigerator, my pellet stove insert (heat), a television, some lights, and more when these outages occur. Plus, the remote start means I won't have to go out during cold weather to fire up the generator. I was even able to install the high altitude jets required for this elevation myself. It doesn't get much better than that!!

This generator is so nice. Bigger than I thought and actually heavy. I haven’t used it yet but I feel confident it will definitely do the job! I purchased after hurricane beryl so I can be prepared in the future. I was disappointed that it did not come with wheels and handle since the picture showed a handle and wheels and it didn’t say otherwise. Dual fuel. Push start, key fob.

I purchased this dual fuel generator for my parents. LP gas is so much easier than gasoline for them to handle. The product was delivered on time. After getting it out of the box and adding oil, start up was super simple. Ran beautifully. My dad (89 years old) LOVES the remote start.

The generator looks good, is not that loud. The remote start works flawlessly, and is a must have. The battery arrived charged, and installed in working order. The generator started up off propane with no issues, I have not put a load on it just yet, I have no doubt that it will work flawlessly. So far I would say it's a 5 star investment. Nice job Westinghouse!

After Hurricane Helene we decided to buy this generator and I’m very satisfied with a purchase other than the fact that the wheels do not come with the generator. There are also are no instructions on how to buy them. Wheels shouldn’t be that expensive that they should be added into the price of this product.

Just bought as hurricane Ian was approaching SWFL and has been working flawlessly ! Duel fuel which will be good to run on propane to end service before storing so the gasoline won’t sludge the carburetor. You can run on propane but it doesn’t run as long and a little less kw. Would highly recommend.

Setup was very smooth and I'm not a handy person. I love that I can start up with a remote, electrical or pull cord. Powers most of my house using a switch when the power goes out occasionally. No issues at all. As most generators are it's very loud.

Pros: * 3-year warranty which I'm afraid I'm going to be using if they ever answer the phone. * push button start * quieter than comparable Champion model. * starts right up on either gasoline or propane * fuel gauge Cons: * L14 Outlet does not work. I connected the cable to my Champion generator and it worked fine so I know it's not the cable. * like other comments packaging is terrible, no padding just a thin box, I had it delivered to Lowe's thinking that it might be in better shape picking it up there but the box had a hole ripped in it. The frame is bent and I think that's from the factory not from Shipping. My suggested improvements would make this an awesome generator: Have four 120v standard Outlets instead of two. Add a digital display that shows the load level, watt level, hours ect. Put some styrofoam in your packaging to help protect it during shipping like I got when I bought a dishwasher.

I just got this product today! It was easy to put together and it came with oil and j out gas in it. Took it out side and the start button is awesome. It took a few tries to get the fluids going but it stopped and then restarted on its on which is a nice feature. I live the remote start and push button start! Very user friendly!
