I went with this unit because it had dual fuel and one of the few smaller gen sets that had 240 volt. I had read some reviews in which the unit some have purchased had dents. Dents don't really matter to me, I could care less as long as the unit works as stated. So I did end up with a dent on the recoil, but discovered it after I assembled it. So I took the recoil off and hammered out the dent, no big deal. I am mindful of the amount of resources it takes to make such a unit, so therefore I am willing to take on these types of repairs and determined to make it work. The recoil did work, but it rubbed and I was concerned that in time it might cause other issues. It is electric start, but still thought I should fix it. Also, COVID 19 has made things a little off these days and so I thought I'd just do what ever it takes to keep the unit. I also had another issue, but when I called the service line, they quickly responded by sending me another part for the unit. So, I felt like I had to work to get this unit up to par, but again, COVID and things are just tough all around. I like the unit, its not as loud as I thought, so that's a plus. So I also like to tinker and its not an issue for me. I would still purchase this unit again because of the support I was able to receive from the company. Its a good unit, I really believe in doing my part, keeping some employee employed somewhere is also important to me. I do like the design of the unit as well. Great buy!

Purchased this for 3 reasons.. Remote start.. 240 volts and DUEL FUEL... My family camps out quite often and the duel fuel really caught my attention... Plus I use the 240 v when we have any power outages... The biggest thing that got my attention was it is a Westinghouse... Brand name.. thank you... Wayne Kincaid...

Bought this the day before Beryl hit Texas. Easy to set up and use, powered a 14k BTU A/C unit and Fridge with icemaker, as well as some lights and phone charging. So grateful to have bought it when I did! Ran both Propane and Gasoline, and it worked great. Wish it was a little more powerful, so I could run the house on it.

This looks like an excellent purchase. Well built. Clear instructions. Started right up first try. Haven't used it that much and hope not to -- it's a backup purchase. But I suspect it will be great. Delivered very quickly and packaging protected it well. Heavy, but with handle and large wheels moves easily.

Bought the 9500 and the 5300 watt units. Both appear to be well built. He smaller unit came in with slight frame damage but not enough I want to deal with it. Both units have a little trouble starting on LP. I’m at 3300’ so maybe altitude is the issue. Takes each 3 start attempts before running and usually get a backfire. Haven’t tried gasoline yet.

I purchased this dual fuel generator for my parents. LP gas is so much easier than gasoline for them to handle. The product was delivered on time. After getting it out of the box and adding oil, start up was super simple. Ran beautifully. My dad (89 years old) LOVES the remote start.

We just purchased this generator and it is a good value for the price. We live in Louisiana and have lost power a few times over the past few years. It gets very hot in the summer so this will definitely come in handy to power a window unit as well as our refrigerator. Setup has been easy.

Overall pretty impressed with generator. It could be packaged better as it came with some cosmetic damage to the alternator cover from being smashed against the whee.l The plastic fuel cover for the propane was left off and cardboard was forced into the fuel inlet preventing it from running on propane . It took me a little bit to figure this out and then remove it.

Amazingly it was delivered the days from the date it was order. Minor assembly attacking the wheels and front foot rests. Runs both unleaded gas and propane. A steal for the price. Runs great with either fuel source. I've waited years for this deal.

Bought this in October and it saved everything in our deep freeze and refrigerator during 4 power failures, plus worked well enough for electronics to handle emergency work from home situations. But a few months in, it mysteriously quit. No spark on the plugs if we attempt to start it by cord. Starter motor want turn. Battery still shows 12 volts at rest. Hard to recommend it under the circumstances, until I get it serviced and find out what happened. Up until then we were very impressed.
