Received this generator the same day we had a 19-hour outage! Interesting timing. Easy to set up. Ran on propane. I used the manual pull to start it the first time. Only took 2 pulls to get it running. Very impressive. I am using it only to run my well-pump. When the pump kicked in, the generator RPM slowed a bit for about a second, but it ran flawlessly for an hour before normal power returned. Tomorrow I'll be testing the remote control. I don't plan on using gas.

Very happy after purchasing in May 2024. Propane fuel a lot safer and cleaner to use and store than gasoline. Perfect size 274cc engine with remote start and the 240volt receptacle delivers power to my transfer panel for all our needs during power outages.

I PURCHASED THIS BECAUSE MY HUSBAND ISNT ALWAYS ABLE TO BE HERE TO ASSIST ME LIKE OUR OLDER GENERATOR TO PULL THE STRING, THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE STRING HOUSING WAS DENTED UPON ARRIVAL BUT IM PLEASE WITH IT, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TAKING CARE OF IT EXPEDITIOUSLY

Bought this to replace another brand generator that was no longer reliable. I set this one up, filled with oil, attached the propane tank, turned on the switch, and pressed the starter. Instant start and it does it every time. Excellent product. Would definitely buy it again.

We bought the Westinghouse to prepare for Beryl, best decision ever. Easy to set up, starts right away, we were left without power for days. Had it running none stop without a problem. Had out fridge, fans, charge phones, used the microwave, toaster, griddle etc.

Waited several months for it to come back in stock. Ideal output for my needs and ability to run on propane was driver for selecting this model. Instructions are clear and concise. I added 0.7L of supplied oil, put on wheels and feet. Hooked up to propane and started with remote without issues. Let it run 1 hour unloaded to break in. A few days later I hooked it up to the house to test if it could power my essential loads, which it did without issue. Had a little trouble getting oil dipstick to line up and thread properly. Other than that, I'm happy with this purchase.
